Siddhesvara Dham is situated a top Solophok hilltop, 5 km from Namchi, has a 108 ft tall statue of Shiva, replicas of 12 Jyotirlingas, models of sacred Chardham Hindu Temples of Jagannath, Badrinath, Dwaraka and Rameswaram and a 18-feet statue of Kirateshwar a hunter incarnation of Shiva.

The major attraction is the 108 feet, gigantic statue of Lord Shiva (Hindu God) in sitting posture, enclosed with twelve Lingas (temples) spread all over India. Solophok Hill has a historical fact in religious belief. A pilgrim cum cultural heritage complex is built by Rural Development and Management Department, Government of Sikkim with state of art technology has all the capacity to turn out to be the most sought after tourist as well as pilgrimage destination of Sikkim in the near future.

Situated at Himalayan State of India in Sikkim, this Holy Pilgrimage was started under the supervision of Chief Minister Dr. Pawan Chamling at cost of Rs 99.56 Crores in the year 2005. Extended across a Hill of Solophok 5 Kms from Namchi, South District Headquarter of Sikkim bestows a serene & beautiful landscape of environment for the people & nature lovers.
Sri Siddheswar Dham Char Dham was inaugurated by Sri Jagat Guru Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopananda Swaraswati Maharaj on 8 Nov 2011.

Char Dham is a huge pilgrimage cum cultural complex developed by the Sikkim Government to promote Religious, Eco and Village tourism in the state. Over Rs. 56 crore has been spent on this complex which spreads across 29 hectares of area on top of a hill known as the Solophok hill in Namchi of south Sikkim. This temple complex is also known as Siddheswar Dham and was inaugurated on 8th November 2011. Char Dham is located about 5kms from Namchi town and accessible by a nice smooth road all the way. At one point the car needs to ascend uphill to reach the top of Solophok hill. There is a huge open car park where you will need to park your car. It is a paid car parking. From here you will need to walk. For persons with mobility challenges, the staff can organize battery operated cart and even separate entrance to offer prayers to the deity. As you walk up, you will notice the Yatri Niwas on your left, a nice budget hotel with all-vegetarian food having 96 rooms that are quite basic but clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant although is veggie-only, but quite good. However the service at the hotel is mediocre at the best. If you plan to stay at Namchi, this hotel is a good choice for budget travelers. If you like mountain views, then ask for rooms with balcony facing the Kanchenjunga peaks. The front side rooms face the towering Shiva statue. The restaurant is open to outside guests as well.
As you enter the main area towards left and walk up, the first thing that strikes is the towering statue of Lord Shiva in a sitting posture. You can't keep your eyes off that for a long time and wherever you are in the complex, you can always see this statue. Actually this is the main theme of the temple complex.
The main Shiva temple is 108-ft in height and atop that sits the gigantic statue of Lord Shiva which is another 87-ft tall. It sits at the highest and most commanding position in Solophok hill while facing east. Even down below from the helipad, you can see this statue of Shiva.

Siddheswar Dham is situated at top Solophok hilltop, 5 km from Namchi. It has a major attraction is the 108 feet, a gigantic statue of Lord Shiva (Hindu God) in sitting posture. Buddha Park (Ravangla) -
The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district, Sikkim, India. It was constructed between 2006 and 2013 and features a 130-foot (40 m) high statue of the Buddha as its centerpiece.
It is clearly visible from all the directions of southwest Sikkim near Ravangla and some parts of west Sikkim. The park area is beautifully landscaped creating ample walkway, gardens, and space for visitors to enjoy the serene surroundings.

Namchi ll Siddheswar Mandir aur Char dham ki yatra ll Ep-8 ll Trip2Sikkim

Hello friends welcome to my YouTube channel...Episode no. 8 of Trip2Sikkim and today we started our journey from Gangtok to Namchi that means from East Sikkim to South Sikkim. Namchi is famous for Siddheswar Temple aur Char Dham. Char Dham is a huge pilgrimage cum cultural complex developed by the Sikkim Government to promote Religious, Eco and Village tourism in the state.Over Rs. This temple complex is also known as Siddheswar Dham and was inaugurated on 8th November 2011. Char Dham is located about 5kms from Namchi town and accessible by a nice smooth road all the way. At one point the car needs to ascend uphill to reach the top of Solophok hill. 
The main Shiva temple is 108-ft in height and atop that sits the gigantic statue of Lord Shiva which is another 87-ft tall. It sits at the highest and most commanding position in Solophok hill while facing east. Even down below from the helipad, you can see this statue of Shiva. 
With an aim to make this center a complete self contained one for all, replicas of char dhams have also been created, and they are Badrinath Dham, Jagannath Dham, Dwarka Dham that are dedicated to lord Vishnu and Rameshwar Dham which is dedicated to lord Shiva. 
Char Dham complex is only about 5kms from Namchi town and accessible by road. From NJP or Bagdogra it takes about 3.5 hours to reach Namchi. From Darjeeling it takes around 2 hours 45 minutes to reach Char Dham.
