2014貴州赤水四洞溝(Sidonggou Forest Park, Chishui, Guizhou)
2014年2月遊覽了赤水四洞溝, 回程順路在大同古鎮下車遊覽, 因為赤水這邊的客運車一人一座,不准站, 中途攔車可能無法一起上車, 因此可考慮先去大同古鎮再去四洞溝, 但這樣四洞溝出來不能太晚, 不然可能回不來? .

貴州擁有中國第一大瀑布--黃果樹瀑布，也有奇特的天下第一洞--織金洞；西部的草海，綠如碧玉，風景優美，被譽爲高原上的明珠；此外，湖光山色的紅楓湖、山水名勝舞陽河、風光秀麗的赤水十丈洞瀑布，以及瑰麗多姿的大小七孔，再加上純樸的民俗風情，極具誘惑力的風味小吃，都會構成你對貴州--這個給人意外、又令人遐想的地方，回憶的一部分。
貴州菜又稱黔菜，由貴陽菜、黔北菜和少數民族菜等數種風味組成。貴州菜肴的一大特色就是酸，貴州有三天不吃酸、走路打躥躥的民謠。
在貴州酸菜家家腌制，主要原料爲蘿蔔、白菜、卷心菜等，食之開胃消食。酸湯則有爽口提神、殺菌消毒、去油膩化脂肪、健脾防結石的功效。酸菜的腌制、酸湯的制作又分菜類酸、魚類酸、肉類酸、米類酸等，完全靠生物自然發酵而成。
Guizhou has the largest waterfall, Huangguoshu Waterfall, in China, and the top one cave, Zhijin Cave, around the world; the green and beautiful Caohai in the western part, known as the pearl of the plateau, the wonderful Hongfeng Lake, Wuyang River, Shizhang Cave Waterfall, and those amazing seven caves in Chishui, plus the pure natives and delicious food… all of these making up a fantastic, charming, and wonderful place.
Guizhou cuisine is also called Qian cuisine, consisting of Guiyang cuisine, Qianbei cuisine, and ethnic group cuisine. The major feature of Guizhou cuisine is sour. There is also a ballad sings, unsteady steps after three days without sour.
In Guizhou, every household likes making pickled vegetables which are good for stimulating appetite and digestion, and the main materials are radish, Chinese cabbage, and cabbage. The sour soup has refreshing and antiseptic qualities, and is also good for keeping healthy and helping prevent stones. In addition, pickled vegetables and sour soups can be divided into different types of acids: vegetable acid, fish acid, meat acid, rice acid, and so on. All of those acids are fermented naturally.

Basically the journey were planned under a very hectic schedule as we try to cover all the places around Guizhou as much as possible that the last few days were really torturing I just wish I can ditch the schedule and sleep till noon, but seeing all these footages I glad we made it through!
