Singapore Zoo Animals Tour 4K

The Singapore Zoo animal exhibits are among the best in the world with the entire Singapore zoo campus extending 28 hectares in a jungle garden. The zoo formerly known as Singapore zoological gardens is also known to the locals as Mandai Zoo. The Amazon River Quest and the Aquarium are also some of the top attractions at the Singapore Zoo in 2019 and 2020.

Discover Singapore Zoo with Peter Davis and his family in Traveloka Travel Guide 2019! One of Singapore’s most popular attractions, Singapore Zoo consists of four “open concept” parks that you can explore — Singapore Zoo, River Safari, Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park.

- Ah Meng Bistro -
Have breakfast with wildlife at Ah Meng Bistro (separate admission fee). Happening between 9.30 am and 10.30 am, the animals will appear at the restaurant for this unique experience.

- Animal Feeding -
When in Singapore Zoo, make sure to bring some spare change to buy some food treats for the animals. There are feeding sessions for giraffes, elephants and even the white rhinos. Get there before the session starts.

- Reptopia -
Home to over 60 species of reptiles and amphibians, you can find some of the rarest spiders, snakes and lizards at Reptopia.

- River Safari -
Nestled between Singapore Zoo and Night Safari is the River Safari, a river-themed zoo and aquarium. There are two different boat rides at River Safari, the Reservoir cruise and the Amazon River quest. Tip: Head over to Amazon River quest first, and only to the Reservoir cruise if you have time to spare.

- Once Upon a River show -
Catch Once Upon a River show, featuring the loveable capybaras, pelicans and iguanas. You can also volunteer to be part of the show and interact with the animals.

- Thumbuakbar Tribal Performance -
Be sure to catch Thumbuakbar Tribal Performance, an awesome fire show to kickstart your Night Safari adventure.

- Night Safari -
The Night Safari takes you on a 40-minute, open air tram ride into the wilderness. A live commentary is also provided to give you a better understanding of the nocturnal animals.

- Walking Trail -
Other than the tram ride, you may also opt for the walking trail where you can see the nocturnal animals up close.

- Creatures of the Night show -
Creatures of the Night is a 25-minute show at the amphitheatre where you will be entertained by night-time superstar animals with their natural behavior and unique skills.

- Jurong Bird Park -
Just a stone’s throw away from the other three parks at Singapore Zoo, Jurong Bird Park is the final stop. Expect to watch some really cool bird shows while you’re here.

- High Flyers show -
If you’re sporting enough, volunteer to interact with the birds at High Flyers show.

- Penguin Coast -
Feed the cute little penguins — from Africa, not the Arctic — at Penguin Coast.

- Kings of the Skies show -
If you’re feeling brave, head over to Kings of the Skies show where you’ll encounter some mighty birds of prey. You can also try your hand at training these raptors at the falconry.

- Lory Loft -
Visit Lory Loft, a walk-in aviary where you can meet and feed over 10 different species of lories and lorikeets. Just hold your cup and wait for them to fly to you.

So that means that Singapore Zoo is the 3rd Best Zoo in the world a placement which is very well deserved. We really enjoyed the many hours we spent exploring this wonderful Singapore Attraction - don´t miss it as the Singapore Zoo is without doubt one of Singapore´s Top Attractions.

Some of the animals we saw and that are included in this Singapore Zoo video include Tigers, White Tigers, Elephants, Orangutans, Bats, Birds, Giraffes, Hippo, snakes (King Cobra & Gaboon Viper), Kangaroos, various Monkeys, Meerkats, Otter, Pengun, Bears, Rhino, Tortoise, Chimpanzee, Warthog, Zebra and many many other animal, bird and reptile species. Unfortunately we did not see Singapore Zoo´s most famous polar bear Inuka.
Unfortunately we did not have time to do the River Safari or the Night Safari. When you visit the Singapore Zoo be sure to get there early as the Zoo is huge and you are going to need lots of time if you want to see everything.

Safari Adventure in SINGAPORE ZOO , River Safari and SEA Aquarium - playtime toys for kids

Skyheart is in Singapore Zoo to visit his favorite animals! We also rode the River Safari boat and see the fishes in SEA Aquarium! Skyheart had a lot of fun interacting with the lion, tiger, zebra, bear, giraffe, hippo, panda, otter, dogs, rabbits, kangaroo, birds and many more animals.

Singapore Zoo is located in Jurong, Singapore... besides the Jurong Bird park, Night Safari and River Safari. There are a lot of animals and families with kids can enjoy here. :)

First female elephant keeper at the Singapore Zoo

With around 250 keepers in total, Ms Nursyafiqah Yusof, 24, is just one of the 78 female keepers employed by the Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS), which manages the zoo and the Night Safari. However, as a graduate from Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Landscape Design and Horticulture course, she started her career with zero knowledge about animal husbandry, which essentially refers to the care of animals. But like many of her counterparts, she would receive all the training she would need while at work.

Toddler's back in Singapore Zoo Part 2 | Skyheart's safari adventure with animals jungle kids

Skyheart is back in Singapore Zoo (Mandai Zoo) with his favorite wild life safari animals like the giraffe, lion, tiger, rhino, elephant, hippo, polar bear, zebra and many more animals for kids!
