Melaspas are carried out by Hindus in Bali, Indonesia. The word melaspas comes from Bali which consists of two words that MLAs and Pas. MLAs means dividing and Pas means to fit in. Melaspas also reflects that buildings are usually made up of two elements, namely wood and Batu (stone). For Balinese Hindus, this ceremony must be carried out and has become a tradition.

We started off the trip overly excited and documenting almost every second of our trip. We walked around the area surrounding our hotel, the Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, and arrived at the Lippo Mall, Kuta. After eating at a fancy restaurant that busted a hole in our communal funds, we pranced around in happiness within the interior of the mall's arcade. The games there are five times cheaper than that in Singapore and as overly enthusiastic as we were, we graced upon every game possible in the arcade.
We arrived at Tanah Lot Temple when the sun was already setting. The place was crowded, accurate which was accurate according to the reviews we read about the place. The sea waves were crashing loudly setting a strange calming atmosphere to the temple. The breeze was soothing and the place is simply beautiful.
