Siridao Beach

Siridao is a small village located in Tiswadi, a taluka of North Goa district in Goa, India. At the entrance of the village, one can see three stone carved statues playing musical instruments with a dog. Here is preserved the testimony of a huge man like creature who once inhabited the place and who was locally nicknamed 'Paulist'.

Siridao says Viva Sao joao

Sao Joao or São João is a Catholic festival celebrated in Goa in an unusual manner, with devotees leaping into, and swimming in, domestic drinking water wells, as a form of tribute to St. John the Baptist. It is organised on June 24 each year.
While the feast of Sao Joao is celebrated across the Catholic world on the same day, Goa is the only place in the world where it is marked by leaping into wells.

Nauxim beach

A small fishing Village NAUXIM beach comes in between Odxel - Cacra and Bambolim - Siridao). It was in the news recently - A Marina project proposed here but local and NGOs strongly opposing it. Near Aldeia de Goa, Grand Hyatt etc

Siridao beach Goa is a little treasure when it comes to beaches in Goa, thou couples visit it to sit have a chat and take in the view. It is unique cause you do not expect to find such a beautiful little beach while passing through the area.
Siridao beach Goa is not crowded at all and hence enjoyable. The Church at the hilltop gives an amazing view of the Siridao beach. The gushing winds makes you feel lost in your happy place.
Siridao Beach Goa is a very nice and quite beach, also good for lovers , its also a lovers paradise not very crowded, a few restaurant and specially its nice to see the sunset.
Siridao beach is at the confluence of river Zuari & Arabian Sea. Part rocky part sandy, this beach is a laidback one with not many tourist & shacks. There are a few restaurants & taverns around incase you feel hungry or wanna grab a beer. Siridoa is just off Bambolim & has goo access by road. Make sure you carry a bag to collect shells & conchs as this beach is full of them.
