The harvesting of Sencha tea
Sencha, one of the ingredients responsible for ROKU flavor, was harvested on July 12th in the city of Chiran in Kagoshima Prefecture(Southern tip of Japan).
Bathing in the summer sun, the Sencha resembles a vast ocean of greenery.
