Start 4pm to 6pm. at this time , its quiet because no group and no many tourist. Or very early in the morning but without kayak!!!!! you must swim because its high tide. But 10am to 4 pm its very busy with a lot of tourist. Thailand is a nice destination for holiday. Koh Mook is a large island comparing with nearby islands but little smaller than Koh Libong. Four Island Tour Koh Lanta
Four Island Tour from Koh Lanta. Tour to Ko Chuek (Snorkelling), Ko Mook (Emerald Cave), Ko Maa (Snorkelling) and Ko Ngai (beautiful beach.)
We took the longtail boat version of the tour for 800 baht. We could have done the speedboat version for 1200 but this didn't sound like a good option. For the longtail, you travel by road to Lanta Old Town (east side of the island) then get on the boat. For the speedboat, the boat goes to each individual hotel so takes a long time and the 4 islands are east of Koh Lanta so the boat has to then travel all the way around the island.
Our longtail had plenty of room and wasn't crowded. Lunch was provided on the beach at Koh Ngai (lovely beach) and we really enjoyed the day. The snorkelling wasn't great but the Emerald Cave at Ko Mook and Ko Ngai were both great and worth the 800 baht.
