According to the Brewers Association Florida now boasts over 260 operating craft breweries and over 76 are located in Tampa Bay. Florida’s brewing history may have begun back in 1897, but it has been a long and rocky road up to today’s high point. There once was a time when Florida beer was dominated by two or three large breweries that were not even posting where their beer was being produced. Florida Craft Beer Day celebrates the dedication and hard work of the people who work each day to bring better beer to Florida, the United States, and the world. The spirit of those early Floridian brewers lives on in every pint and keg produced in the Sunshine State. As a testament to those trailblazers, and the hundreds of brewers who carry on this great tradition, we proudly dedicate February 15th to them. So on this day, we raise a pint across the state to the men and women who have been building this great industry and created hundreds of jobs since the first beer was poured in Tampa 120 years ago.

MOST SCARY Footage Of Florida Hurricane Irma (SEP. 10, 2017) | HURRICANE IRMA FLORIDA #IRMA
Irma is expected to strengthen as it nears FloridaOfficials are most worried about storm surge flooding
(CNN)Hurricane Irma's winds and outer rain bands lashed the Florida Keys on Saturday as the Category 3 storm pushed toward the state amid dire warnings of devastating gales, heavy rain and life-threatening storm surge.
n
With sustained winds at 120 mph, Irma slowly began turning from Cuba's northern coast up into the Florida Strait on Saturday, the National Hurricane Center said. The storm is expected to strengthen once it moves away from Cuba, turning north while remaining a powerful hurricane when it reaches Florida.
Irma's eye was due to strike the Florida Keys on Sunday morning before driving up the state's southwestern coast Sunday afternoon, according to the hurricane center. Almost the entire state is under hurricane warning.
The storm is massive as winds of at least tropical storm force covered 70,000 square miles -- larger than Florida's entire land area. Worsening conditions spawned a tornado warning in parts of northeastern Broward County and knocked power for 83,000 residents in South Florida.
As Irma drew closer to the third most populous state, officials warned the 6.5 million Floridians under mandatory evacuation orders that time was running out.
If you have been ordered to evacuate, you need to leave now. This is your last chance to make a good decision, said Florida Gov. Rick Scott at a news briefing Saturday evening.
Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Brock Long was even more blunt when asked about people who didn't heed evacuation orders in the Keys.
If you didn't evacuate the Keys, you're on your own until we can actually get in there and it's safe, he told CNN Saturday. The message has been clear: The Keys are going to be impacted. There is no safe area within the Keys. And you put your life in your own hands by not evacuating.
The National Hurricane Center warned that preparations had be complete in southwest Florida in a matter of hours as the tropical storm force winds are expected Saturday night.
The major concern among officials was the storm surge, which is like a sustained high tide that can cause devastating flooding, warning that it could reach as high as 15 feet in some areas. A storm surge warning is in place for the Florida Keys, Tampa Bay, and an extensive stretch of coastline wrapping most of the way around the state.
You can't survive these storm surges, Scott told CNN Saturday evening. You've got to get out. You've got to evacuate. This storm is coming. Once the storm's here, we can't evacuate anybody.
Track Hurricane Irma's path
Irma hit Cuba's Ciego de Avila province late Friday as a Category 5 hurricane. The storm's violent gusts destroyed the instrument used to measure wind strength, Cuba's meteorological agency reported. Waves as high as 23 feet were recorded, and bigger ones remained a possibility as Irma plodded west, officials said.
Even before hitting Cuba, Irma had proven catastrophic, killing 24 people this week in the Caribbean and leaving entire islands in ruins.
MIAMI — After plowing a path of destruction through the Caribbean and forcing hundreds of thousands to flee in one of the largest evacuations in American history, Hurricane Irma began to maul southern Florida on Saturday and was poised to howl up its west coast Sunday with deadly force and fury.
The time to gather supplies was over, and in most of the region, it was getting too late to run. The Florida Keys faced a potentially catastrophic brew of winds topping 125 miles an hour and a storm surge that threatened to drown whole islands. By Saturday evening, the ocean around Key West was spilling into hotel parking lots and onto roads, while tornadoes rumbled like freight trains through Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
On the Gulf Coast, a late westward turn in the forecast had put Naples, Fort Myers and the heavily populated peninsulas of Tampa Bay directly in Irma’s track. Officials who had earlier expected a lighter blow from the storm spent the day frantically turning schools and other fortified buildings into shelters as fast as evacuees could wedge into them. Shelters opened. They filled. More opened. More filled. Long lines outside were bulging with suitcases, light furniture, pet carri
By Saturday more than six million Floridians had been ordered to leave or
Obviously Hurricane Irma continues to be a threat that is going to devastate the United Stang enough to uproot trees, bring down power poles and rip off the roofs and some exterior walls of well-built frame homes.

11 Cheapest Places in Florida to Buy a Home.
The Sunshine State is one of the most desirable places in the nation to live. What’s not love? Warm sun, miles of sandy coastline, palm trees, historic sites, and top-notch culinary options. Mark of the beast: Vatican's Sunday law will be enforced soon! (21)

This is an updated version! Throughout history, satan has used governments to force people to break God's commandments. Notice how Daniel refused to break the first commandment and was thrown in the lion's den by king Darius; however, because of his obedience to God's commandments, God protected him.
The mark of the beast is about worship and who you worship! You worship who you obey! Revelation 20:4 says that those who will be beheaded for their faith in Jesus are they who did NOT WORSHIP the beast or his image or received his mark!
The Vatican - the first beast of Revelation 13 – and the Roman church - the whore of Babylon identified in Revelation 17 - will enforce its mark with the help of the United States, the second beast of Revelation 13.
This is what the Vatican beast, the first beast of Revelation 13, says about its mark:
“Sunday is our MARK of authority […] The church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact”. — Catholic Record of London, Ontario. Sept. 1, 1923.
The Roman church is above the Bible?
This organization proposes in every possible way to aid in preserving Sunday as a civil institution. Our national security requires the active support of all good citizens in the maintenance of our American Sabbath. Sunday laws MUST BE ENFORCED. - quoted as principles contained in the Constitution of the original organization (then called the American Sabbath Union), cited in The Lord's Day Alliance, Twenty fifth Report (1913), p 6.
With our minds we make decisions and with our hands we work. You will accept with your mind the mark (Sunday) of the beast (Vatican) when it will be enforced by law by not working (with your hands) on the first day of the week.
Again, the RFID chip is not the mark of the beast but could well be the technology that will be used to enforce the Vatican's mark of Sunday observance, which goes directly against the 7th day Sabbath commandment of God in Exodus 20:8-11.
If you reject with your mind, which is in your forehead, the mark (Sunday) of the Vatican beast when it will be enforced by law, and put first God's commanded 7th day Sabbath, then you will be denied the ability to buy or sell. That's why it is important to move out of the sin-filled cities before martial law is imposed and move to the countryside to live a humble and holy life and live off from your own crops.
If you accept with your mind, which is in your forehead, the mark (Sunday) of the Vatican beast, then you will put the papal sabbath, Sunday, above God's 7th day Sabbath commandment, which identifies Jesus Christ as the Creator. By accepting with your mind the Vatican beast's mark - Sunday observance - you’ll be refusing to work, with your hands, on the papal sabbath.
NO MATTER WHAT, DO NOT ACCEPT SUNDAY AS THE DAY OF REST WHEN SUNDAY LAWS ARE ENFORCED, REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME!!
The outcome of those who do accept the Vatican's mark over God's 7th day Sabbath will be horrible as they will be receiving God's last seven plagues and eventually die. They will lose out on their salvation through faith and obedience to Christ and His holy, immutable law! (Revelation 14:9-10; Revelation 16).
This is all about faith in Christ and obedience to His word including His immutable law, His holy and eternal ten commandments, which define His love (Exodus 20:3-17; 1 John 5:3; Revelation 22:14, KJV).

Is Quirk Protecting U.S. Coast From Hurricanes?
A climatic quirk seems to be slightly shielding the U.S. coast during busy hurricane seasons, often weakening major storms just as they approach America’s beaches, a new study finds.
That could help explain why it’s been more than 11 years since a major hurricane with winds of more than 110 mph has hit the United States mainland.
Last year’s Hurricane Matthew was a perfect example of this uniquely American “protective barrier” of stronger crosswinds and cooler coastal waters, according to the study’s author, climate scientist Jim Kossin of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Matthew devastated Haiti as a monster storm hitting land with 145 mph winds, threatened Florida as a major hurricane and then fizzled as it finally came ashore in South Carolina, barely registering as a hurricane with 75 mph winds.
Kossin’s study published Wednesday in the journal Nature found that shifts in air and ocean conditions over decades work together to weaken major storms along the U.S. coast. This protective barrier begins around the U.S.-Mexico border in Brownsville, Texas, and gets more noticeable around the Atlantic coast, Kossin said.
“It’s a lucky byproduct for the United States coast,” Kossin said. “It’s really unfortunate that we’re the only ones that seem to be benefiting from this situation.”
The Atlantic Ocean seems to alternate between cycles of heavy and low hurricane activity. The current heavy cycle began in 1993, after a low period of more than two decades. During those quieter times, when a major hurricane forms in the Atlantic it is three to six times more likely to rapidly intensify near the U.S. coast than during the busier times, according to the study.
Kossin mapped sea surface temperatures and wind shear levels in the Atlantic to see small changes near the U.S. coast - but only during a busy cycle. His study found a localized increase in high altitude crosswinds — called wind shear — that tear at a storm’s structure. It also found slightly cooler sea surface temperatures, which reduce a hurricane’s fuel of hot water. The changes seem to be just a function of larger natural conditions, he said.
Take October’s Hurricane Matthew: “As it approached Florida, it started to encounter wind shear, which weakened it to a minimal hurricane,” Kossin said.
Previously, he also found that during busy cycles, bigger storms tend to form slightly more to the east — toward Africa — giving them more opportunity to curve harmlessly north in the Atlantic instead of hitting the U.S. coastline. All those factors seem to be helping reduce the U.S. threat compared to other places in the Atlantic, he said.
Even with that “protective barrier” as Kossin calls in in the paper, there is still a greater chance of major hurricanes nearing the U.S. during busy times than quiet times, Kossin said. That’s because there are more storms brewing overall.
Three outside scientists contacted by The Associated Press praised the study as interesting, though not complete, while two others cautioned against reading too much into it. Georgia Tech’s Judith Curry called it solid research while Penn State’s David Titley said he worried about small sample size and natural variations.
Kossin and other scientists also said the 11-year major hurricane landfall drought since 2005’s Wilma is a bit of a statistical quirk because of strict meteorological definitions and national borders. Superstorm Sandy in 2012 wasn’t considered a major hurricane because its winds weren’t strong enough.

SEA Animals in world
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, or simply known as SeaWorld, is a family entertainment company formerly owned by Blackstone Group, which retains a minority shareholding. It operates and maintains eleven theme parks located throughout the United States. Formerly a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch since 1959, under which it was known as Busch Entertainment Corporation,[3] SeaWorld Parks is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.[3][4]
According to their most recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing, annual attendance for calendar year 2012 was 24.4 million, while attendance for the January 1-October 31, 2013 period was 18.9 million. Average revenue per attendee was $62.79, of which 62% consists of admission fees. 55% of revenues were generated from parks in Florida, 20% in California, and 11% in Virginia.[2]
In October 2009, Anheuser-Busch InBev announced plans to sell the division to private-equity firm The Blackstone Group in order to reduce the debt load generated by InBev's 2008 purchase of Anheuser-Busch.[5] The sale was completed on December 1, 2009 and with it came a new company name, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.Anheuser-Busch initially created the subsidiary to run the various Busch Gardens parks. The parks at Tampa, Florida and Williamsburg, Virginia were located adjacent to breweries, and the parks included tours of the facilities and even free samples of the products made there. In 1989, Anheuser-Busch purchased the theme park unit of publisher Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, which included the SeaWorld family of parks. The purchase also included two other parks in Central Florida: Cypress Gardens and Boardwalk and Baseball. Boardwalk and Baseball was promptly closed, while Cypress Gardens was later sold and transformed into Legoland Florida, which opened in October 2011. The parks were managed out of Anheuser-Busch's headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri until 2008, when the company relocated the division to Florida, where five of the company's ten parks were located.[3]
In 2008, Anheuser-Busch was acquired by Brazilian-Belgian brewer InBev. Based on its previous acquisitions, it was widely expected that InBev would later sell off non-core assets in order to pay down the debt created by its purchase of Anheuser-Busch; the theme-park division was considered one of the most likely assets to be sold.[6] In early 2009, InBev began soliciting bids for those assets in advance of an anticipated sale.[7] As part of the plans to shed the division, Busch Entertainment ended the free beer-sampling programs at those parks that had them.[8] Similarly, Busch Entertainment broke from its parent company and terminated a benefit where employees of legal age received two free cases of Anheuser-Busch beer per month, a benefit that continued for the rest of the company.[8][9] At the time, InBev was thought to be considering selling the parks to the highest bidder, or spinning off Busch Entertainment as an independent company.[7] It was suggested at one point that NBC Universal was interested in purchasing Busch Entertainment, and folding it into the Universal Studios Theme Parks chain, but no official bid for the company surfaced.[10] However, other asset sales, such as the sale of Tsingtao Brewery, and an issuance of $3 billion in new long-term debt in May 2009, raised over $11 billion since the start of 2009, temporarily reducing the need to sell Busch Entertainment.[11] Other cited reasons for an apparent reluctance to sell off the company included still-volatile credit markets and receipt of initial bids that were lower than expected.[11]

SeaWorld Orlando is a theme park and marine zoological park, near Orlando, Florida. It is owned and operated by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. When combined with its neighbor Discovery Cove and Aquatica, it forms SeaWorld Parks and Resorts Orlando, an entertainment complex consisting of the three parks and many hotels. In 2018, SeaWorld Orlando hosted an estimated 4.594 million guests, ranking it the 10th most visited amusement park in the United States.
SeaWorld Orlando opened on December 15, 1973 as the third of the chain and just 2 years after Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom. This made Central Florida a multi-park vacation destination. SeaWorld was sold in 1976 to Harcourt Brace Jovanovich then to Anheuser-Busch, owners of Busch Gardens, in 1989.
Busch was more experienced with theme parks thus developed SeaWorld in a competitive and aggressive manner moving the park from a show based to a ride based park. The park joined in the Disneyland-started simulator ride wave in 1987 with Mission: Bermuda Triangle (later rethemed into Wild Arctic). The nation's first combination roller coaster and flume ride, Journey to Atlantis, was installed in 1997. In 2000, the Kraken, a Bolliger & Mabillard floorless roller coaster, was added to the park. The flying coaster, Manta, came to the park in 2009 and won Theme Park Insider Award as the best new attraction.
SeaWorld Orlando contains two sister parks. Discovery Cove opened in 2000 followed by water park Aquatica in 2009. With the 2008 purchase of Anheuser-Busch by Belgian brewer InBev lead to the sale of Busch's parks being sold to a private equity in 2009.
On February 25, 2010, during a small show at Dine with Shamu, one of the orca whales, Tilikum, pulled trainer Dawn Brancheau into the water and ultimately killed her. An autopsy determined that Brancheau's death was attributed to blunt force trauma and drowning; injuries included her scalp being removed and her left arm being severed below the shoulder. In August 2010, the United States Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited SeaWorld of Florida LLC for three safety violations, following the death of an animal trainer in February. The total penalty was $75,000 and SeaWorld was initially required to keep a barrier between its trainers and the whales during shows.
Its TurtleTrek exhibit opened in 2012 included a 360-degree, 3D dome theater for a movie. In 2013, its Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin pavilion had the nation's first trackless dark ride system.
On March 27, 2019, the park opened Sesame Street area. On June 1, 2019, a new roller coaster was announced through a teaser video released by SeaWorld Orlando. Details remain unclear but it is described as taking riders to predatory heights and experiencing plunging thrills, while hinting at an arctic theme for the roller coaster. It is expected to open in 2020.
