Commercial Description - Brazen Cornish Bitter. Copper coloured, just like Betty, with a light malty aroma a floral, even-cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit, this is an ale that has the strength of character to take on tasty dishes like stews, hard cheeses, and meat packed pasties.

Penlee Park Open Air Theatre - the theatre in the park in the heart of Penzance. A unique outdoor theatre space that has celebrated Cornish, national and international performers since 1948.
In 2015, we were delighted to be awarded a Family Arts Standard marque - your guide to good value family arts events.
Set in beautiful sheltered surroundings in Penlee Park, the theatre seats around 300 people. Come and enjoy an afternoon or evening of quality entertainment in the open air this summer from our varied programme.
There is the opportunity to order home-made vegetable pre-show curry, served with naan bread, when you book your show tickets with CRBO, for only £4. (normally £5 if you pay on the show night). Our home-made vegetable curry is both dairy and gluten free. In addition we have a full range of hot drinks and award-winning cider from Penzance's Polgoon Vineyard and ales from Truro's Skinner's brewery plus a range of soft drinks and snacks. Please note: hot food may not be available at all matinee performances.
