Checked out this revolving indoor ski slope today in my neighbourhood. They say it's revolutionary but I sure people are going to tell me it's nothing new. Basically ii's nothing more than an enlarged running machine. Here one of the coaches gives me a demo. Looks like a lot of fun!

Jane could only manage a minute or so before her frozen shoulder pain was too much, but she still enjoyed it. I stole Jane's minutes so got 7mins in all. I deliberately learnt nothing beforehand as I wanted to arrive totally ignorant and see how I did. The instructor said I was a natural and within a few mins I was able to do controlled 360 turns, go forwards and backwards and up and down. Chase your dreams friends, with determination and commitment you can do much more than you think you can.
