Preikestolen or Prekestolen is a tourist attraction in the municipality of Forsand in Rogaland county, Norway. Preikestolen is a steep cliff which rises 604 metres above the Lysefjorden. Atop the cliff, there is an almost flat top of approximately 25 by 25 metres.

Lillehammer is a ski resort town in southern Norway. Its Maihaugen open-air museum displays buildings from the 1200s to the present. Norway`s oldest stave Church, built around 1130. Wood in the building are dated back to the middle of year 900. Urnes Stave Church was enlisted on the UNESCO world Heritage list in 1979. The stave Church was saved and owned by Fortidsminneforeningen in 1881.
Urnes stave Church is located deep into the beautiful Lustrafjord in Luster municipality, Sogn og Fjordane, The green coloured fjord is due to water from the glaciers up into the Mountains.
The Stave Church is really worth a visit, and it is open to the Public from 2nd May to 30th September. A Ferry takes you from Solvorn to Urnes every hour, or you could drive around by using the narrow but Scenic road from Skjolden.

Released by producer Albert E. Seuss in 1932 as part of his World Before Your Eyes series, The Land of the Vikings profiles the nation of Norway. The silent film begins with images of a four stack ocean liner at sea on its way up the Sognefjord (1:33). At 2:42 the liner is shown again. At 3:50 a mountain village is shown. A national shrine, the statue of a legendary viking warrior Frithjof den Frokne at Vangsnes is shown at 4:18. Other scenes include a mountain road at 7:40, peasanta harvesting a field by hand at 7:50, rugged horses at 8:05, a glacier at 8:11, and glaciers of Jostedelsbrae at 8:40.

Because the other two fjords are often ice-covered, the Sognefjorden is the longest open (ice-free) fjord in the world. Located in Sogn og Fjordane county in Western Norway, it stretches 205 kilometres (127 mi) inland from the ocean to the small village of Skjolden in the municipality of Luster. The fjord takes its name from the traditional district of Sogn, which covers the southern part of the county.

Most ride the 20-kilometre Flåm Line between Flåm and Myrdal, one of the steepest railway tracks at 1 in 18 (not counting rack railways) in the world. A former rail station building in Flåm now houses a museum dedicated to the Flåm railway.

Nok en gang over Tyin og ned til Årdalstangen og inn på hotell Klingenberg. Dagen etter utover nordsiden av Sognefjorden, Balestrand og Høyanger og så veien over til Florø. Varmeste dag på MC noen gang. Overnattet på brygga i Florø. Neste dag på supre mc veier, forbi Loftnes og så ferje til Måløy. Derfra til Selje og her ble det mye bading,
Dag 4 opp Gamle Strynefjellsvegen og havnet til slutt på Hamar og hjem påfølgende dag. Varmeste MC tur noensinne.
