Chef Hector in Miraflores Lima Peru kindly invited me for a cooking class where we learned such Peruvian food staples like Causa, Ceviche and Pisco Sour. It was amazing and fun experience. We cooked our dishes and later had out creations for lunch. This is great opportunity for tourist who travel to Lima Peru to learn Peruvian cuisine and have first hand experience with actual cooking Peruvian food. This is, in my opinion, one of the best things to do when visiting Lima Peru.

El chef Héctor en Miraflores Lima Perú me invitó a una clase de cocina donde aprendimos comida peruana como Causa, Ceviche y Pisco Sour. Fue una experiencia increíble y divertido. Cocinamos nuestros platos y más tarde tenía creaciones para el almuerzo. Esta es una gran oportunidad para los turistas que viajan a Lima Perú para aprender la cocina peruana y tener experiencia de primera mano con la comida peruana real de la cocina. Esto es, en mi opinión, una de las mejores cosas que hacer cuando visite Lima Perú.

Шеф-повар Эктор в Мирафлорес Лима Перу любезно пригласил меня на класс кулинарии, где мы узнали такие перуанский основные продукты питания, такие как Causa, севиче и Писко Sour. Cooking school aims to stir up Peru's cuisine
Peru's cuisine has acquired international fame, so much so that the country has become a magnet for culinary tours.
As a result, cooks have become stars and new chefs are in demand, with a tiny school trying to produce the next kitchen sensation.

Con DELI KITCHEN queremos dar a conocer los deliciosos platos y dulces típicos peruanos, que cada día se van difundiendo mas en el mundo. Cada persona asistente podrá preparar su propio plato, tendrán las recetas paso a paso y se les dará alternativas de ingredientes para que lo puedan preparar en su país de origen. Como bienvenida empezaremos con la preparación del emblemático Pisco Sour, un cóctel ideal para abrir el apetito, seguido por el menú elegido. Las clases se darán en un ambiente familiar, en el departamento de la chef Patricia, en el corazòn de Miraflores, el distrito turístico y cultural de Lima, muy cerca de los principales hoteles y restaurantes de la ciudad. La idea es pasar un gran momento, disfrutando de la gastronomía peruana, compartiendo experiencias con personas de diferentes países y culturas.

Flor was born in Lima Peru, where she graduated as a Secundary teacher and worked as such for many years until family reasons made her family move to Italy and then the UK where she has lived for more than 18 years. She brought her passion for the Peruvian Food to this shores, passion that made her to develop a fine sense of authenticity by the proper following of the original recipe. Many Peruvian recipescan be reproduced with the normal products of a market, super market, butcher and other suppliers.
Flor has three publications and several colaborations with her local Magazine (Ham and Petersham). She also won an honour in the International Competition organized by UNESCO and San Martin University in 2008 with an original recipe and currently is workin in a new book and in opening a Peruvian Catering Service.
