Indoor Skydiving @ SKYVENTURE NH
Full 20 minutes in the vertical wind tunnel at SkyVenture in Nashua, NH. I only had 4 minutes in the tunnel and one tandem skydive before this. I was coached by former Nationals 4-Way Champion Robbie Spencer of WindTunnelCoaching.com. He did an amazing job and I feel so confident going into AFF school! And for a great price!

SkyVenture NH - First Time Flight at SkyVenture NH
SkyVenture New Hampshire is the place to experience the thrill of freefall without the stress of jumping from a plane. Only 45 minutes from Boston, we are conveniently located in Southern NH. After checking in at the front desk, you will head up to the flight deck. Your instructor will gather everyone for your scheduled flight time and proceed to the classroom for your training class. There can be up to 12 flyers in the group. You will be shown how to get into and out of the airflow, how to communicate with hand signals, and what a stable body position looks and feels like. Your flight group will then proceed to the gear area to receive all of the skydiving equipment necessary for your flight. When it is time, your group will enter the flight environment where you will take turns flying. While you wait your turn to fly in the wind tunnel, you can learn from the other flyers in your group. As you fly, your professional instructor will be right there teaching you how to fly like a skydiver. The feeling of flying is almost indescribable… Once everyone has finished their flying time, your instructor will fly a short demonstration to show what maneuvers are possible in the tunnel with more experience.
SkyVenture New Hampshire has an in-flight photographer to capture amazing photos of your flight, and every flight session is recorded on video. These photos, video, shirts and other merchandise are available for purchase either in our gift shop after your flight, or online.
SkyVenture New Hampshire is a perfect location for that unforgettable Birthday party, Team building, Corporate meeting or Family events. Create memories that will last a lifetime.

Nashua, New Hampshire Community Video Tour
- Another Slide of New Hampshire Life brought to you by Rudy Mayer, Realtor - Keller Williams Real Estate.
The self-proclaimed Gate City Nashua lies just north of the Massachusetts border and follows the western bank of the Merrimack River. New Hampshire's second-largest city has twice been named Money' magazine's Best Place to Live in America, and is the only city in the country ever to win this honor twice. A low crime rate also recently found Nashua ranked as the 27th safest city in the entire United States. Low unemployment coupled with excellent schools and up-to-date healthcare facilities were all reasons cited for this ranking in 1987 and 1997. These and many other great features make this city of 83,000 an excellent community in which to live and work.
The village of Nashua was an early textile center. By 1836, Nashua Corporation had built three cotton mills and was producing 9.3 million yards of cotton cloth annually on 710 looms. The city of Nashua was chartered in 1852, and before the Civil War, railroad lines crossed the city with 56 trains entering and departing daily. After World War 11, the textile mills moved south and the city gradually developed a diversified industry, particularly high technology and retail.

Soaring and Surfing in New England - Episode 19
Episode 19 - November 11, 2018
In Episode 19, although winter is fast approaching, we look back on some summer highlights from the Northeast that we haven't covered yet. And somehow, most of them involve being up in the air.
First, the annual Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally from Binghamton, NY. We don't care for the spiedie part, since that's a meat concoction and we're vegetarians. But we're fascinated by the balloon part, especially since people bring (and fly in) their balloons from all over the world, some of them in very imaginative shapes.
We had a chance to become balloons ourselves at Island Style Parasailing in Newport, Rhode Island. Riding out on a boat, we were attached to a parachute and hoisted hundreds of feet up into the air and over the ocean. And some people just settle for Google Maps to get the lay of the land.
And at Skyventure in Nashua, NH, we flew a few feet off the ground in a wind tunnel, such as sky divers use for training. Then we went surfing at an indoor artificial wave pool that wiped us out but didn't wipe the grins off our faces.
Whether on land, in the air, on the sea or in chlorinated water, we're never ones satisfied with just keeping our feet on the ground.
