Aboriginal elders, local-traders, police and the community gathered in Collingwood on the weekend to celebrate the rich Indigenous history of the area at the second annual Smith Street Dreaming. Local icon Uncle Jack Charles, musicians Joe Geia, Bart Willoughby, Deline Briscoe and a host of local performers teamed up for the event that promotes friendship and understanding .Kerri-Lee Harding was there for NITV.

After our New Year plans fell through on December 31st, we planned our own last-minute staycation in our home city of Melbourne. We booked an AirBnb in the hipster suburb of Collingwood, just off Smith Street, to enjoy some time away to refresh and reset. We share some of our resolutions for the year as well as some mediocre footage of the fireworks and how we brought in 2019!

In this video, we visit The Plant Exchange in Melbourne! This is my last plant video here in Melbourne as I go back to Sydney very soon. When I come back to Melbourne I'll definitely do more plant shopping videos like this and incorporate some more sightseeing shots. I thoroughly enjoyed Melbourne but I'm starting to miss my dear Sydney.
Again, I love making these types of videos because the more I go out and visit plant nurseries, the more I learn about plants!
There aren't many Australian plant-tubers that I know of so I'm hoping to make more plant friends and learn more about plants!
