Tokyo German Village Winter illumination
千葉県袖ケ浦市のテーマパーク、東京ドイツ村で開催中のウィンターイルミネーション2019-2020は、「飛び出せ！ピコピコ！ドリームワールド」をテーマにマルクドプラッツ周辺、芝生広場周辺約5万平方メートルに約300万球のLED電球が色鮮やかに装飾されています。
あしかがフラワーパーク、江ノ島湘南の宝石と共に関東三大イルミネーションの一つとして親しまれていましたが、2018年の再認定で残念ながら落選となってしまいました。
それでも東京ドイツ村の勢いは止まらず、今年はチャイナランタンエリアも増設して、古代中国の伝統的な工芸品であるランタンアートを世界最大のランタンメーカー「自貢灯彩集団」が製作を行い、テーマごとに大小、様々なランタンが30作品が並べられ、ここでしか見る事のできない幻想的な光の芸術を楽しむ事ができます。

開催日程：2019年11月1日~2020年4月5日
開催時間：日没~20:00まで
駐車場：乗用車 3,000円 大型バス13,000円 中・小型バス10,000円 徒歩(1名)500円(入場料込み)
交通アクセス：館山自動車道「姉崎袖ヶ浦IC」から約5分
Winter Illumination 2019-2020 is being held at Tokyo German Village, a theme park in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture Kanto Japan. The theme is “Jump out! Pico Pico! Dream World”.
In this event, about 3 million LED bulbs are colorfully decorated around 50,000 square meters around Marc Dod Platz and around Lawn Square.
This illumination was certified as one of the three major Kanto illuminations along with Ashikaga Flower Park and the Enoshima Shonan no houseki, but unfortunately it was lost in re-certification in 2018.
Still, this year, the China Lantern area will be expanded to include 30 works of ancient Chinese traditional lantern art, and you can enjoy the fantastic light art that can only be seen here.
