2472 River Road, New Hope PA 18938
Famed Impressionist artist, Mary Elizabeth Price, returned to New Hope from New York in the late 1920s, taking up residence in Pumpkin Seed, an old stone cottage along the Delaware Canal, where she remained until 1965. The newly renovated Pumpkin Seed Cottage, still with its enchanting canal-side setting, retains all of its charm and historical significance; now it also clearly deserves recognition as one of the residential gems of the Delaware River Valley, having been fine-tuned in the past 15 months to become a magazine-worthy retreat. Imagine sitting near one of two cozy fireplaces and gazing out the window at the gently flowing canal waters? Or walk out the door and meander along the canal path into the village of New Hope Borough. This property is a dream ? the feel of bucolic country living, fabulous water views and walking distance to all that New Hope offers! Each of three bedrooms has elegantly appointed new bathrooms ensuite. In addition to the bathrooms, upgrades include beautiful new light fixtures throughout, new laundry room, new powder room, new roof with copper gutters, new driveway and sidewalk, exterior lighting, new deck, outdoor kitchen with barbeque with granite counter tops, on-demand hot water, custom built-ins, and the list goes on! Every single improvement reflects quality workmanship, classic styling and attention to detail. There are hardwood floors throughout, beamed ceilings, window seats, views from every window, and a floor plan suitable to comfortable living, entertaining and relaxation. When you visit, you will want to stay!

Cuttalossa Farm - 18th Century Bucks H
Cuttalossa Farm holds an iconic position in Bucks County's history. This 18th century homestead was once the studio of famed Impressionist Painter Daniel Garber. Garber's fame coupled with the extraordinary beauty of Cuttalossa Farm, has created a living canvas that has been photographed, included in poetry and the site of many fashion shoots...more than any other property in the area. The lovely manor home, with its wrought iron accentuated solarium, the Garber Studio, full cottage, meandering streams, sheep barn with waterwheel, waterfall and lovely gardens, create a setting that is so unique, that it has been the inspiration for artists, but, it can certainly be the inspiration for philosophers as well.

New Hope remembers American Revolution
Before New Hope was known as an arts community with eclectic shops and restaurants, it was known as Coryell's Ferry during the time of the American revolution.
Today, reenactors relived this time through the 27th Annual Lt. Munroe Delaware Crossing Parade.
We have a very rich heritage of history from the American Revolution here in this area, so we just feel that it's very important to keep these memories alive, said 5th Pennsylvania Regiment Volunteer Dominick Diiorio.
