A short edit of the Songshan Cultura and Creative Park that I visited recently ~ and I LOVED it! It has a beautiful pond and the cutest cafe (which is also a bookstore) and many great exhibitions and design stores. It's a really cool place and I am excited to show you all.

SongShan cultural & creative park is one of my favorite places to hangout during weekends. It is located at central Taipei and the nearest MRT station is called Sun Yet Sun memorial hall on the blue line. You can easily spend a day in there as it as nice cafe by a small pond, or read a book in a nice cozy book store.

Taipei Day 2 | Food Heaven, Songshan District, & Losing my Train Ticket! | Taiwan Trip 2019
Hi everyone! The second (and final) day in Taipei was definitely a great one, as there are so many things to do in Taipei! (I could've stayed here forever lol.) We started out with trying some amazing Taiwanese food at a vegetarian buffet, then explored and took photos in Songshan District, and finally took a two-hour train to Taichung! But not before losing my train ticket of course... overall, my first time in Taipei was definitely a great experience! Thank you for watching xx

Part 8: I head over to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park to meet Yuanyuan. It was sunny when I got on the bus. I get off 20 minutes later and it's raining hard. A half hour later or so it's sunny again... Anyway, Yuanyuan is an excellent apparel designer. She makes custom clothing for customers as well as fine art pieces for exhibitions.

Han settlers built Taipei’s historic North Gate in the 18th century. A prime example of Qing dynasty architecture, it stands as a national treasure. For over 40 years though, a busy thoroughfare stood just centimeters away and marred the structure. With Taipei chosen to host its first major international athletic competition in 2017, the mayor decided that the road must come down and the site restored to its former glory. He challenged workers to take it down in a mere eight days.

Huashan 1914 Creative Park is one of the biggest and most interesting creative parks we’ve visited in Taiwan. It’s located in Zhongzheng District in Taipei, and boasts multiple exhibit spaces, shops, and cafes within the park grounds. But aside from what’s on display there, one of the things I found most interesting about this creative park is the space itself. It used to be a winery during Japanese rule, producing sake and ginseng wines, as well as breeding moth orchids of all things. You’ll recognize it by its distinctive chimney towering from the winery’s old boiler room.

Things to do, places to visit, what to eat in Taipei, Taiwan.
I visited Taiwan for 9 days, this video is from Day 1.
I took EVA Air, arrived at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, then to Taipei by train.
I went to Taipei 101 by subway, then walked back toward Taipei Train Station, explored different must-see places, Xinyi Place area, National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, the food court at Sogo Fuxing Store where there are two world-famous food joints - Song Fa Bak Kut Teh and Din Tai Fung. I picked Din Tai Fung for the famous Soup Dumplings, Beef noodle. After lunch, I continued walking to National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, tried shaved ice before going back to the hotel.
After checked-in my hotel, I went to Ningxia Night Market to explore the foods. Taiwan has many night markets Food you need to try!

Hello, luvies!
Day 2 and 3 vlog for our Taiwan trip is here! We were not able to visit a lot of places on our 2nd day here in Taiwan (we visited Elephant Mountain and Linjiang/Tonhua Street Night Market only) because I had a really terrible migraine. This is our Day 3 itinerary:
10:00 am: Dr. Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall
10:45 am: Ate brunch at a nearby café
12:20 pm: Songshan Cultural and Creative Park
1:40 pm: Went to Zhongzheng District and checked in
4:30 pm: Lungshan Temple
5:05 pm: Ximending Youth Shopping District
7:15 pm: Went back to our hotel
