My Favorite TOKYO ワタシの東京 : My HomeTown - Koganei (Charm of Western Tokyo) [Full HD]
I have lived here.
It's part of Tama area (about 25 minutes on JR Chuo Line from Shinjuku Station).
Here is not globally known, but it is a very beautiful place.
Charm of Western Tokyo has been condensed here.
I named it Relaxing District.
Discover the profundity of Tokyo !

The Rain Temple by Jesse Waugh
From jessewaugh.com/film
The Rain Temple: Et in Arcadia ego is a movie which I constructed in an attempt to recreate the feeling I felt as a child when I went to the Japanese Tea Gardens in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. There was no more beautiful place in the world than the Japanese Tea Gardens in the rain.
The Rain Temple was filmed at the Temple of Arcadia on The Path of Enlightenment in Torrigiani Gardens in Florence, Italy, during a March rainstorm, 2013.

Fresno Shinzen Japanese Garden 2009 (HD)
I shot this footage in Fall 2009 at the Fresno Shinzen Japanese Garden and decided to explore a new area of film I have never did. This is more of a nature Highlight video with the song from Princess Bride. I tested out the slow motion affect on my HD Camera for some shots. It was my fist time trying making a nature-like video so hope it works well.
Location: Shinzen Japanese Garden located in Woodward Park in the City of Fresno, CA.

Ghibli Museum
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ghibli Museum (三鷹の森ジブリ美術館 Mitaka no Mori Jiburi Bijutsukan, Mitaka Forest Ghibli Museum) is a museum featuring the Japanese anime work of Studio Ghibli, and is located in Inokashira Park in Mitaka, a western suburb of Tokyo, Japan.
The museum is a fine arts museum, but does not take the concept of a usual fine arts museum. With many features that are child-oriented and a sprawling and occasionally mazelike interior, the museum is a playfully created place. Centered around the motto appearing on the museum's website Let's become lost children together (迷子になろうよ、いっしょに Maigo ni narō yo, isshoni), or let's lose our way together as it is translated in the English leaflet. It has no set path or order of viewing. While the museum brochure contains a variety of languages, the signs within the museum are in Japanese only.
Hayao Miyazaki wanted to create a museum that was interesting and relaxing to the soul. His goal was to create a museum that makes you feel more enriched when you leave than when you entered!
Studio Ghibli
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Studio Ghibli, Inc. (株式会社スタジオジブリ Kabushiki-gaisha Sutajio Jiburi) is a Japanese animation film studio based in Koganei, Tokyo, Japan. The studio is best known for its anime feature films. Studio Ghibli began in June 1985 after the success of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind with funding by Tokuma Shoten. The company's logo features the character Totoro (a large forest spirit) from Miyazaki's film My Neighbor Totoro. At one time the studio was based in Kichijōji, Musashino, Tokyo.
Studio Ghibli has produced twenty feature films, beginning with Castle in the Sky in 1986. It was followed by Grave of the Fireflies (1988), My Neighbor Totoro (1988), Kiki's Delivery Service (1989), Only Yesterday (1991), Porco Rosso (1992), Pom Poko (1994), Whisper of the Heart (1995), Princess Mononoke (1997), My Neighbors the Yamadas (1999), Spirited Away (2001), The Cat Returns (2002), Howl's Moving Castle (2004), Tales from Earthsea (2006), Ponyo (2008), Arrietty (2010), and From Up on Poppy Hill (2011). Sixteen of the films received both critical and financial success, with the notable exception being Tales from Earthsea, which, in spite of its commercial success, achieved less critical praise than Ghibli's other productions.
The studio has also produced several short films and television commercials, as well as Ocean Waves, a television film. Eight of Studio Ghibli's films are among the 15 highest-grossing anime films made in Japan, with Spirited Away being the highest, grossing over $274 million worldwide.
Many anime features created by Studio Ghibli have won the Animage Anime Grand Prix award and three have won the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year. In 2002, Spirited Away won a Golden Bear and an Oscar for Best Animated Feature.
