What is a LIVE Wine?

Filmed over two years of springs, summers, and harvests, in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

LIVE began fifteen years ago as a grassroots sustainable winegrowing movement. We are now a Pacific Northwest community of over 300 vineyards, 40 wineries, and countless wine consumers. We are all working to further the idea of restorative agriculture and winemaking. LIVE offers independent third-party certification of internationally accredited standards and practices. The Beacon Cabin is truly a one-of-a-kind, perfect for couples or anyone looking for a tranquil setting to meditate, read, wine taste, hike or just relax and take in the views.

General Information:
•Cabin sits atop a 40+ acre vineyard with breath-taking views of 20 yr old pinot noir vines & the expansive Willamette valley

•2 story cabin (900 sq ft) includes:

-1 bedroom (queen size bed w/plush linens) located on 2nd floor w/360 view of property
-1 full bath (downstairs detached) complete w/large shower and on-demand hot water
-Small kitchennette equipped w/microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric burners and cooking utensils
-Cozy living area with large screened sliding doors that open up to the deck - open them up and let the fresh air in
-HUGE wrap around deck w/built-in benches & gas BBQ grill – perfect setting to end the day and enjoy a local bottle of wine
-Electric heaters in every room and wood burning fireplace to warm up on cool evenings
-A/C is also included for the warm summer days
-Plenty of parking w/private drive

•Surroundings include a wooded area perfect for walking and taking in the fresh air

•Non-Smoking: due to its secluded location we want to prevent fires and protect the precious forested landscape that surrounds the cabin

Other Information:
The Beacon cabin is in its own private world, but still within reach of all the major attractions. Only a 5-10 min drive to major wineries: WillaKenzie Estate, Penner-Ash, Solena, Soter Vineyards, Shea Vineyards, and lots more!
