Souris Swinging Bridge Before & After
Video by Reid Dickie. Famous tourist attractions like the longest swinging bridge in Souris sometimes succumb to flooding. In the case of the bridge, cutting it was precautionary lest the rising water sweep it and part of the dike system away.
