Brisbane Sunsuper Riverfire 2017
Sunsuper Riverfire is Queensland’s ultimate fireworks display, wrapping up Brisbane Festival with a bang.
The display first dazzled us in 1998 – so this is the 20th time the Brisbane sky has come alive so brilliantly.
To celebrate, with more than 20 minutes of fireworks, we’ll chart the musical memories of the last 20 years, from 1998 right up to the present.
Spectators will also be wowed by aerobatics from the Australian Defence Force with RAAF Super Hornet and Army helicopter displays.
Riverfire wouldn't be complete without some kind of showing from the Australian Defence Force.
This year they're bringing the new EA-18G Growler; the Air Force's formation aerobic team, the Roulettes; the C-17A Globemaster and up to four MRH90 Army Aviation helicopters.
