Romeo and Juliet Trailer
Romeo and Juliet (Tue 6 - Sat 10 Feb 2018)
“My only love sprung from my only hate.
Too early seen unknown, and known too late.
Prodigious birth of love it is to me,
That I must love a loathed enemy.”
The original tale of star-crossed lovers is re-imagined by the creative team who brought you Macbeth (2017). Amongst the ruins and debris from the aftermath of war, two households continue to fuel their hatred for each other, whilst young love blossoms between Romeo and Juliet. A stunning interpretation ideal for Shakespeare lovers and pupils of the Bard.
On at South Hill Park Arts Centre, Bracknell, from Tue 6 - Sat 10 Feb 2018. For more information and tickets, call our Box Office on 01344 484 123 or visit our website:

After the success of Calendar Girls last year, the Wilde Community Theatre Company takes on another classic this autumn.
Check into the most disorganised hotel in the country, Fawlty Towers. Basil, Sybil, Polly and, of course, Manuel will try and make their regular and occasional new guests feel welcome at this famous hotel but don't be surprised if things do hilariously wrong.
Three episodes of this hugely successful TV series will be performed on the Wilde stage, so sit back and enjoy the chaos that is Fawlty Towers.

LOL (lots of love) on What's up OTV.mp4
LOL (lots of love) presented by Luca Silvestrini's Protein, winner of Best Independent Company in the National Dance Awards 2011 and nominated for three further awards including Outstanding Achievement in Dance, Theatre Awards UK 2011
Known for creating witty and profound dance theatre influenced by everyday life, Luca Silvestrini's Protein has struck dance gold with this timely, critically acclaimed production.
Against a video wall of screen-gazing individuals, six cyber souls stylishly nail the language of life online in their quest for romance. Talking and dancing at speed, they tackle the baffling etiquette of electronic discourse, make hilarious straight-to-the audience confessions, and dance the physical equivalent of poking and tweeting. With video animation by Rachel Davies and original music by Andy Pink, these ingredients conjure a razor-sharp commentary on our Facebook society, and an affecting rendering of human need.

Commissioned by DanceEast, Greenwich Dance and The Place, and supported by South Hill Park Arts Centre, Bracknell.
