The one with the faulty logic (the screen showing 0, 1 and 3) - it's possible that the 3 is related to the fact that the Hotel is on a hill with several buildings. Floor 1 in the building that says 3 would probably be the actual equivalent height of a floor 3 on the building that has reception in.
In other words, you go up from Reception on G, up to 1 - then to get to the other buildings you follow the corridors which are covered, out the back - which are back on the G floor (G for the other buildings).
Each building only has two physical floors - G and 1.
The other two lifts are obviously modernisations, but unclear what the original lift company was. The motors could be original, pity that the arrow lights don't work.
