Pluses:
The hotel surpassed our expectations. From the check in desk,we felt quite at home. The facilities were very good. The mini club offered varieties. The restaurant food was very good with loads of variety. We will definitely go back.
Rooms were big and were cleaned every day. Loved the roof top pool, nice and relaxing away from the crowd. Staff were really nice and very helpful.
The reception area had a wow factor and it's location was good..the roof terrace pool was excellent for adults an nice an piecefull...the staff were very helpful and accommodating although I did have a disagreement with one member of the reception staff by overall the staff were lovely
Minuses:
Not quite a five star, food could be better. The hotel could do with being refurbished to bring it up to five star.
I didn't regard this as a 5* hotel for a few reasons, these were only small things however in my view the smaller things can make a huge difference. ie ..no coffee / tea facilities in the room ( you had to hire a kettle!!!)..no iron or board in the room again hire these items. The rooms are tired an in desperate need of a face-lift, they had cracked flaking grout, the woodwork needs attention an in my view stripping to make the rooms lighter as they seem dark with all the wood...Really this hotel has everything but desperately needs upgrading. I would only visit this hotel again if this was to happen and not until, unfortunately
