Facial and Body Waxing
Waxing is a temporary method of hair removal, which removes the hair from the root. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back, abdomen, and feet. We use natural wax with essential oils. It is very gentle for any skin and hair type.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage helps to decrease tension, soothe the mind, and increase circulation. Movements include gentle to firm pressure with long relaxing and rolling strokes, using a balancing aromatic massage oil. Relaxation massage is not aimed at solving any specific areas of pain or dysfunction but at balancing the whole body, calming the nervous system and increasing the blood flow to help cleanse the whole body. By reducing your stress, your body can rest and recover. Our massages are offered by an Aesthetician (not a Registered Massage Therapist).
Paraffin Wax Treatments
Paraffin wax treatments are not only nourishing but are also extremely soothing and will help to soften the texture of the skin. Paraffin wax treatments are a form of heat therapy. The soothing heat helps increase blood flow, relax your muscles, and soothe joints. Paraffin’s natural emollients soften your skin and forms a light waterproof coating that helps retain the natural oils produced by your body. Hi, my name is Dr. Kumar Vadivel, I'm a board-certified periodontist and a gum specialist. As gum specialist, we are interested in saving your teeth all the time.
Many times the patients have already been to other dental offices and other specialty offices, and they told them they cannot help them save their teeth, but they come to us and we can help.
Today, a patient came to me and told me, well doc, I went to another dental implant center and they told me I need to remove all my teeth and I had to spend about $ 50,000. Yes, you heard it right, Fifty thousand dollars. And he did not have the budget to spend that kind of money, and all he wanted to do - is to remove some front teeth and to be able to smile for his wedding that is coming up.
Look at this x-ray that I'm sharing with you. You see a lot of broken teeth in the back, you got a lot of infection in some of the front teeth and the top and in the bottom, and he had a budget that he was working with. We all have our own budgets and not everybody drives a Mercedes, or a Canada, and we all drive cars like Honda and Nissan and Chevy, and that fits our budget right.
We wanted to find something that fits his budget. So after we spoke to him - and all he wanted to do is a partial denture and we were able to save many of his teeth and give him a partial denture for a budget that is gonna work for him. And we were able to do that and he was very happy.
