We did a little trip to this incredible beach nearby called Agua Blanca. Short bus then a taxi and then a day swimming aorund. The water was shallow but the currents were vicious, Luna and I had so much fun getting whipped around in all that sun and fun.

In order to return to our true self the work that needs to be done can be very emotional and intense. We develop many unhealthy habits with time and experience a growing separation from who we are and how we live our lives. To transform and become healthier and happier beings, a devotion to both acceptance and change are key, as well constant and full hearted practice on a chosen spiritual path.
So for those who decide to join this YTTC it is important to feel completely committed to yourself and to the prospect of fully opening to the intense inner/outer work of healing and understanding, not simply to a month of theory and asana practice. The Om Shanti YTTC and community itself, are designed for those who wish to evolve on every level. It is of no import at what stage you are at in your journey, a beginner or a yogi with a solid practice. We ask only that you come with an open mind and heart, a wish to heal and grow.
To become a yoga & meditation teacher of course takes much more than one month, it is part of the journey of a life time. Our teaching skills and potential magic evolve at a rate proportional to how deeply we integrate the practice and teachings of yoga into our daily lives. How we live our life is the best teaching tool, the most inspirational.
