This video is about my stay in Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre in Mysore. India has a lot of Ayurveda centers, especially in South India. In India, Kerala is famous for its ayurvedic massage centers and also has a lot of luxury wellness resorts. In Karnataka too, there are many ayurvedic centers and one place which is one of the best wellness resorts in India is Indus Valley Ayurveda Center. Wellness is increasingly becoming a necessity, more than a luxury. While there are many luxurious resorts in India catering to wellbeing, I think Indus Valley Ayurveda Center is definitely a very comfortable option. The cottages are amazing and as close to nature as possible. Even their Ayurvedic therapies and treatments are excellent. I tried Shirodhara, Abhayanga, Netra Tarpan and many more. I also enjoyed the food served here - simple plant based food and I would term it as healthy Indian food. Ayurveda and weight loss go hand in hand and it is only when the body, mind and soul are perfectly in balance that one can achieve healthy weight loss. Ayurvedic living is honestly very simple - basic things done right everyday. Ayurveda stresses on the importance of routine - waking up and sleeping on time, eating on time. And also on the quality of life. Hope this video inspires you to start living healthy at home itself, as it has done for me.

VARKALA - Top 10 Places To Visit | Things To Do | Budget
Varkala is a beautiful coastal town situated in the state of Kerela, India.The town is famous for its beaches, delicious and wide variety of seafood and most importantly for its wellness spas. The best time to visit Varkala is during the winter season (Nov-Jan) as the weather is pleasant during these months. The summers are extremely humid and hot while in the monsoon season the town experiences heavy rainfall.
The beaches in Varkala are amongst the cleanest beaches in India. The water at Papanasam Beach is considered to have holy, sin-cleansing properties as believed by many who visit it yearly to wash away their sins! The town also has some of the most ancient temples in India. But the major attraction are the beaches and the Ayurvedic spas. I had recently visited Varkala and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing trips I’ve had in a long time.
