Burrell Road Riverside Park -Spring Farm
Opened in September 2017, with beautiful lake views, the park has plenty of new and unusual equipment for the toddler up to the bigger kids. It also has fitness equipment for you to train with. The path that circles the play equipment runs along the lake to the dog park and is great for scooting, jog ,walk or bike around. There are plenty of under cover bbq tables. Take your dog for a walk at the dog park and a run through the dog circuit. There are plenty of opened spaces for a game of touch football, ample on street parking.Just need the young trees to grow for added shade and beauty, there are no toilet facilities at the park.

London History Walking Tour - Royal Greenwich
One of my favourite day trips in London is to Royal Greenwich - where east meets west and Old historical Royalty meets new modern art and innovation. Greenwich has been at the centre of the world for hundreds of years and you won't want to miss all these lovely places to see.
First there’s the peninsula where you can see modern art by Anthony Gormley, Alex Chinnek and more, stretching all along The Line as far as the Olympic park.
Take a trip up the River Thames to the place where Admiral Lord Nelson’s body was taken after the Battle of Trafalgar, Les Miserables was filmed and the first observatory in England was built by Sir Christopher Wren.
Climb the O2 centre for spectacular views of London or see a global sporting event or music concert inside the dome.
Take an Emirates cable car for wonderful views of the river or visit the Now Gallery for new and innovative art installations. You can even hit a few balls on the driving range or walk by the tree where Queen Elizabeth the first played as a child and King Henry VIII got married.

Waratah Park - Virtual Tour
Luxury has a new address and you can find it on the edge of one of the most pristine large wild rivers in Australia. Waratah Park has been architecturally designed in true passive solar, eco style, with nature as the inspiration and the river and the sun as the focus. A blend of specialty timbers and some rendered masonry are perfectly assembled with expansive windows in a variety of angles which create the most interesting and unique, yet entirely practical and functional residence.
Situated on 15 acres of fenced pastureland with towering eucalypts and delightful easy maintenance gardens, there is only the usual crown reserve separating the home from edge of the fourth largest river in the state. Directly in front of the private home you can walk up and down hundreds of metres of river stones enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the deep pools or cast your line for the challenge of the huge trout and local salmon on the edges of the rapids. It is a fishermans dream.
The home is entered by the owners through the double under roof auto garage into the middle level, bypassing the formal entry into the entertainers kitchen. This is the central focus of the home as it overlooks the dining and lounge areas. Entrance to the third bedroom, main bathroom, laundry and decks are also off this level. A gradual set of timber stairs leads you to the extra large master suite with its own dressing room, private third story deck and ensuite bathroom. The second hall on this level leads to a powder room and the second bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views, perfect as an office for the work from home enthusiast. Underneath the main structure is a newly created three room self contained apartment with its own entrance and its own private deck.
All major rooms are designed to take advantage of the close up river views as well as several vantage points looking out to the snowy mountain range and world heritage wilderness beyond. The main deck is fully integrated into the free form living design of the home via extra large timber doors and hideaway fly screens. Outside the big colorbond barn has all the space required for the handyman, with its own coolroom inside, and outside is a fully fenced vegetable garden and glass hothouse. Water is not an issue with the home on tank water and a bore for all your hobby farm needs and of course a river with very few homes further up than this one. There is an old shearing shed on the top paddock and a small dam and a gazeebo on flats below the house. Access to the river is established and very easy along several natural paths.
A 12 minute drive from the shopping centre and schools of the major regional town, Huonville and you will arrive at the entrance gates to Waratah Park, truly one of
Tasmanias most creative architectural masterpieces. If you would like more information, a detailed brochure, or to arrange an inspection of this exclusive residence you are invited to call absolutely anytime at all.

RECIPE COURTESY OF CLAIRE THOMAS
Level: Easy
Total: 1 hr 40 min (includes draining time)
Active: 40 min
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
Two 1-inch-thick slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
1/2 cup Homemade Ricotta, recipe follows
1/4 cup Berry Quick Jam, recipe follows
Homemade Ricotta:
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Berry Quick Jam:
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 lemons, zested and juiced
2 vanilla beans, split and scraped
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cover the toast with a generous portion of Homemade Ricotta and top with the Berry Quick Jam.
Homemade Ricotta:
Heat the milk and cream in a medium pot over medium heat until just bubbling. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and salt. Wait until the milk begins to curdle, 3 to 5 minutes; do not stir again. Strain through cheesecloth and let sit for 1 hour over a colander to drain completely. Store in the refrigerator.
Berry Quick Jam:
Combine the strawberries, raspberries, sugar, lemon zest and juice and vanilla beans in a medium pot over medium heat. Cook until the syrup sticks to a metal spoon, about 20 minutes, stirring every now and then. Stir in the vinegar and remove from the heat. Pour into clean jars, close and bring to room temperature (or use an ice bath to speed this up). Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

The Return of Sherlock Holmes
Sir Arthur Conan DOYLE
The book was first published in February 1905 by McClure, Phillips & Co. (New York) then on March 7, 1905 by Georges Newnes, Ltd. (London) and was the first Holmes collection since 1893, when Holmes had died in The Final Problem. Having published The Hound of the Baskervilles in 1901–1902 (setting it before Holmes' death) Doyle came under intense pressure to revive his famous character.
The first story is set in 1894 and has Holmes returning in London and explaining the period from 1891–94, a period called The Great Hiatus by Sherlockian enthusiasts. Also of note is Watson's statement in the last story of the cycle that Holmes has retired, and forbids him to publish any more stories. - Summary by Wikipedia
