28 साल बाद फिर अयोध्या से राम मंदिर के नाम पर श्रीराम राज्य रथ यात्रा निकाली गई है। यात्रा को विश्व हिंदू परिषद के अंतरराष्ट्रीय महामंत्री चंपत राय ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में साधु-संत मौजूद रहे। यह रथ 6 राज्यों से 41 दिन में करीब 6 हजार किलो मीटर का रास्ता तय करेगा। यात्रा का समापन केरल के तिरुवनंतपुरम होगा। इसका जिम्मा विश्व हिंदू परिषद और महाराष्ट्र की संस्था श्री रामदास मिशन Universal सोसाइटी संभाल रही है। बता दें कि 1990 में बीजेपी नेता लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने सोमनाथ से अयोध्या के लिए रथ यात्रा निकाली थी।रथ यात्रा खत्म होने के बाद तिरुवनंतपुरम के पद्मनाभ मंदिर के सामने राम राज्य सम्मेलन होगा। इनमें रामराज्य की स्थापना, राम जन्मभूमि पर भव्य राममंदिर का निर्माण, रामायण को स्कूलों के कोर्स में शामिल करने, और रविवार की जगह गुरुवार को साप्ताहिक छुट्टी की मांग की जाएगी। इसके सपोर्ट में 10 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों के हस्ताक्षर भी कराये जाएंगे। बता दे की इस रथ यात्रा के राजनीतिक मायने भी निकाले जा रहे हैं। लोग इसे 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव से भी जोड़कर देख रहे हैं। इस श्रीराम राज्य रथ यात्रा से हिंदू वोटर प्रभावित हो सकते हैं और इसका फायदा बीजेपी को मिल सकता है
