Playing golf at St Andrews Scotland on The Old Course using SkyTrak golf simulator and TGC
Welcome to the Home of Golf, The Old Course in St. Andrews Scotland. This is where it started many centuries ago.
The Old Course is a championship golf course that I played (many years ago, 1984 the week after Seve Ballesteros won the British Open). I have fond memories of playing so I will find playing the golf course on the SkyTrak golf simulator fascinating and enjoyable in seeing how realistic it is. AND, trust me it is, all the humps and hollows make it just as interesting as playing the course for real.
I hope you enjoy watching the play hole by hole, with this video being playing of the 5th hole.

We all want to improve our experience, play better golf, shoot lower scores and enjoy our time on the golf course even more.
Playing golf regularly has huge benefits to how you play. You understand your game, strengths and weaknesses and the likes Also, playing indoor golf helps hugely because for one it is quicker. This means that you have less time to reflect on the last shot and therefore limit the chance of harming your next shot. Yet you still have to learn to deal with success and problematic shots, the good and the bad.
If you want to learn more about how to think differently on the golf course please subscribe as we are recording a great new series of videos on mental training.

The Old Course at St. Andrews on Full Swing Golf Simulator
19 minutes to play 18 holes at St. Andrews
(compressed into 9 mins)
This is how Jordan Spieth prepared for The British Open last year...
Full Swing Golf does not replace golf. Golf simulators to golfers are what flight simulators are to pilots. We wouldn't trust a pilot who hadn't been on a simulator. Golf should be the same ;)

Homeward bound
The eleventh hole on the old course is the only par three on the back nine. The Old Course only has two par threes, the the eighth being the other. The other unique feature is the shared greens that are huge. The eleventh shares the green with the 7th hole. The shared holes add up to 18 to make it easy to remember.
It is another cracking par 3, with a very deep bunker protecting the front of the green.

The tenth hole on the old course shares the fairway with the ninth and green with the 8th hole. It is another cracking par 4, short but doesn't mean anything with the undulations on the putting surface.
