Last moments of a woman hanged in England, Saint Anne Line
Saint Anne Line was an Elizabethan woman who, when her husband died in exile for the Catholic Faith, dedicated her life in service to the persecuted Catholic Church in England.
She spent her time caring for safe houses where hunted Catholic priests could stay and offer the outlawed Sacrifice of the Mass. She was arrested during a secret Mass and executed by hanging at Tyburn where she gave a bold and holy witness for the Faith.
In this FILM CLIP we look at the last moments of Saint Anne Line and her courageous stand at the gallows. She is one of the 40 Martyrs of England and Wales.
The FULL FILM is available on DVD worldwide (as seen on EWTN) here:

Kate Middleton Makes Her First Appearance of 2020 in a Gorgeous Plum Coat. Kate Middleton and Prince William are hosting some of their closest friends at their country home at Anmer Hall in Norfolk this weekend, as they mark Kate’s 38th birthday, which is on Thursday.
This morning, Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoyed an early morning walk to church without their children, as they prepare to wrap up their Christmas break in Norfolk.
The couple were seen strolling past well-wishers towards St Mary Magdalene Church, where they celebrated Christmas with the Queen and senior royals.
For their first 2020 appearance, Duchess Kate wore a gorgeous plum coat featuring peach detailing.
Many fans are speculating that Duchess Kate's new coat might be a bespoke Catherine Walker design, pointing to the item's familiar cut.
Kate Middleton wrapped up well against the morning chill with a plum-coloured mid-length coat with speckled detail and knee-high brown suede boots.

STORYLINE:
On November 28th 2012 the Duke and Duchess made a visit to the University City of Cambridge, their first since they received their titles on their wedding day in April.
Traveling by train from Kings Cross station the couple visited the Guildhall Center and met locals who lined the streets to greet them.
At Senate House Prince William made a speech where he joked about the first trip made to Cambridge by him and his brother Harry.
It's not the first time I've been here, my brother Harry and I were fortunate enough to come to Cambridge five years ago when we spent a couple of days at Trinity. I'd say it's the closest Harry's ever got to University.
Earlier in the day the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opened a 24 hour center for those sleeping rough and will also open a new wing at Peterborough City Hospital during their visit.

On a January 14, U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith graduated from boot camp.
On a January 14, he married his wife, Angie Smith.
And on January 14, 2016, Randall Smith was posthumously awarded the Purple Heart for his actions on July 16, 2015 — when he was mortally wounded during a terrorist attack at the U.S. Naval and Marine Reserve Center in Chattanooga. Terror in Chattanooga
The 26-year-old died two days later, the fifth person killed by the gunman.
He left three daughters behind.
On Thursday, his oldest daughter accepted the award on her father's behalf in a small, private ceremony, according to statement from the Navy.
Vice Admiral Robin Braun, chief of the Navy reserve, attended the ceremony with a handful of other Navy leaders. The entire Navy Reserve Force was deeply saddened at the passing of LS2 Randall S. Smith, Braun said in a statement. He was a dedicated sailor who cared deeply about his family, his community, and his country. His service and, indeed, his life will remain an inspiration for his shipmates and all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Angie Smith remembered her husband during the ceremony and told a story about Jan. 14, the release said. She said Randall once commented that he would always remember the date.
Why? Angie had asked him. Because you married me? No, you big dummy, Randall joked. Because that's the day I graduated boot camp. A memo from Sen. Lamar alexander's office outlines the official request made to the Secretary of the U.S. Navy, Ray Mabus, to name a U.S. Navy vessel the U.S.S. Chattanooga to honor the Fallen Five servicemen killed in the July 16 attack.
WASHINGTON – In a letter today to Secretary of the U.S. Navy Ray Mabus, U.S. Senators Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) and Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and U.S. Representatives Chuck Fleischmann (R-Tenn.) and Tom Graves (R-Ga.) asked the U.S. Navy to give “all due consideration to honoring the five servicemembers killed in Chattanooga, Tennessee on July 16, 2015 by naming an appropriate naval vessel the USS Chattanooga.” “In the wake of this tragedy, we believe that it is appropriate for the U.S. Navy to honor the legacy of those who lost their lives,” wrote Alexander, Corker, Fleischmann and Graves. “We therefore ask that you give all due consideration to naming an appropriate vessel the USS Chattanooga.”
Full text of the letter is below and available online here.
Dear Secretary Mabus:
We are writing to ask that you give all due consideration to honoring the five servicemembers killed in Chattanooga, Tennessee on July 16, 2015 by naming an appropriate naval vessel the USS Chattanooga. The Chattanooga City Council and the Tennessee General Assembly passed separate resolutions supporting naming the next eligible U.S. Navy ship in honor of the five servicemembers who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attack in Chattanooga. On July 16, 2015, a lone terrorist attacked both a United States Military Recruiting Station and a Navy and Marine Corps Operational Support Center, ultimately claiming the lives of Gunnery Sgt. Thomas Sullivan, Staff Sgt. David Wyatt, Sgt. Carson Holmquist, Lance Cpl. Squire “Skip” Wells, and Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith. Furthermore, the five servicemembers were awarded the Purple Heart on December 16, 2015 because the attacker was found to be inspired by propaganda from a foreign terrorist organization.
In the wake of this tragedy, we believe that it is appropriate for the U.S. Navy to honor the legacy of those who lost their lives. We therefore ask that you give all due consideration to naming an appropriate vessel the USS Chattanooga.
Kate Middleton Admits To Fan Why She Regrets Wearing Chic Christmas Day Outfit (Report)
Did Kate Middleton really regret her Christmas Day outfit? According to a royal fan, yes! Though the Duchess of Cambridge was the epitome of chic in her Catherine Walker coat while strolling to church service with Prince William, Princess Charlotte and Prince George, Kate reportedly revealed to 19-year-old bystander Rachel Anvil that she was overheating in the luxe winter garment. Rachel's mother, Karen Anvil, told Metro that Kate said she really shouldn't have worn this. Kate wasn't the only member of the royal family who got chatty with the public. Karen said she also had a cute conversation with Charlotte about dolls.

Outfits Kate Middleton Wore Before She Became Royalty That You Totally Forgot About
April 2011
In one of their last public appearances together before the big wedding, Prince William and Kate walked around an athletic track during a visit to Witton Country Park in Darwen, England. The soon-to-be Duchess of Cambridge wore a suit set and metallic pumps. Skirt suits are now one of her go-to looks for public engagements
March 2011
For a visit to Northern Ireland, Kate wore a classic double-breasted trench coat from Burberry. When buttoned up, it doubled as a dress thanks to the playful ruffle hemline. She paired it with black tights and black pumps. It's a look Kate would likely still wear today.
February 2011
Prince William and Kate visited their alma mater, the University of St. Andrews, as part of it's 600th anniversary celebration. Kate chose a red Luisa Spagnoli dress and jacket with a peter pan collar. Her black boots were from Aquatalia Rhumba. This outfit evokes similar style vibes to Kate's current wardrobe, which consists of enough jackets and skirts to fill Buckingham Palace
November 2010
For the couple's engagement announcement, Kate wore a now-famous blue silk jersey dress from Issa while Prince William went with a full suit. The dress's hue reflected the blue in her sapphire ring—one that Wills gave his girlfriend of eight years while on vacation in Kenya
October 2010
A month before their own engagement announcement, Prince William and Kate attended the wedding of Harry Meade & Rosie Bradford. Kate chose a cobalt blue dress and a black blazer for the occasion. Blue seems to be one of her go-to colors, and it looks great on her
July 2010
For the Chakravarty Cup polo match, Kate dressed down in a sleeveless seafoam green dress and black wedges. She carried a beige sweater (in case of a chill, naturally) and casual brown tote, which she has since traded in for dainty clutches from the likes of Jimmy Choo and L.K. Bennett.
August 2009
Kate's always been a fan of wearing coats to weddings or special events. She wore a blue pattered coat over a silky slip dress for the wedding of Nicholas van Cutsem and Alice Hadden-Paton at The Guards Chapel in London in 2009
September 2008
Kate definitely doesn't take her style too seriously. The future duchess threw a Day-Glo Midnight Roller Disco party for a friend and went all out with her ensemble. The sequin green top, yellow shorts, and pink socks were such a funky combination—it's definitely one of our favorite throwback Kate style moments
February 2007
Like everyone else, at one point in her life, Kate owned a denim mini skirt. Here, she is pictured wearing it with tights, brown boots, and a belted jacket while shoe shopping in London. This look, it goes without saying, has definitely been retired from her wardrobe post-royalty
February 2007
The Middleton sisters enjoyed a night out on the town, visiting a cocktail bar and Mahiki Club. For the outing, Kate dressed up in a silky floral printed dress. Though the Duchess of Cambridge has since stopped her clubbing days, we wonder...what ever happened to this dress?
December 2006
Kate still had five years to go before she officially became a royal, but this outfit showed off the future duchess's taste for elevated outerwear. She even donned a hat for the the Sovereign's Parade, which, as you know, is an important accessory for royals
July 2006
We hardly see Kate in halter neck style dresses anymore, like the one she wore, here, to The Rundle Cup Day at Tidworth Polo Club. And are those...tiny sunglasses she's wearing?
June 2006
Kate wore a red polka dot wrap dress while watching Prince William compete in the Chakravarty Cup charity polo match at Ham Polo Club in England. She paired the deep-V dress with red wedges (a shoe she still keeps in rotation). Presently, her polka dot dresses, however, are a little more modest.
August 2005
Kate layered a button-down shirt with a blue sweater and wore a pair of rugged brown boots while attending the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park in Stroud, England. Instead of the precious Crown Jewels she wears now, Kate wore a simple pair of earrings and a blue heart-shaped necklace
June 2005
Prior to Kate's graduation ceremony from the University of St. Andrews, the then-23-year-old was spotted in a white lace tank top with low-rise jeans and a thick black belt. The casual ensemble is one we'd never see the Duchess of Cambridge wear today—she's traded in low risers for skinny jeans in either dark blue or black washes.

The Royal Family gathers together at Sandringham for Christmas every year and a key part of their day is attending the 11am service at St Mary’s Magdalene Church. While the royals all adhere to a strict dress code for church visits this year Princess Anne and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall had an embarrassing clash. Queen Elizabeth II looked festive in bright red as she headed to church in Sandringham this year. Royal women are usually advised as to what shade the Queen will be wearing in order to avoid a clash. While they all managed to avoid wearing the same colour as the Queen, the Queen’s daughter Princess Anne and Prince Charles's wife Camilla pitched up wearing an identical shade of purple. The two royals were captured meeting each other outside of the church and seemed to take the awkward clash in good humour. READ MORE Christmas 2019 at Sandringham: Meghan, Fergie, Kate and Camilla After looking Camilla up and down, Anne appeared to laugh the coincidence off. The colour purple, after all, has historic links with royalty as purple clothing was once only affordable to the elite. Not only were they both wearing purple dress coats and similarly shaped hats but they appeared to be wearing the same pair of long black boots. Purple dye used to be in such short supply that only rulers could afford it and it is a shade favoured by royals to this day. While the fashion gaffe garnered some attention it was the younger royals who really stole the show yesterday. Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince George, six, joined their parents Kate, Duchess of Cambridge at Prince William for the first time at church on Christmas. The adorable duo did their first was around to meet fans after the service. While a bashful George hung back from the crowds, a confident Charlotte cheerily greeted fans and even gave one a hug. READ MORE The sweet way Meghan Markle and Harry wind down away from baby Archie Kate and Wills’ youngest Prince Louis, one, was still too young to join them for church and would have spent the event at the big house with his nanny. Another royal who was conspicuously absent from the traditional 11am service was Prince Andrew. Following his withdrawal from official duty last months it seemed Andrew wished to keep a low-profile. Rather than attending the public service he was photographed walking to a private 9am service with his brother Prince Charles instead. After the 11am church service the royals usually head back to Sandringham House for lunch. Children and adults are traditionally separated for Christmas lunch with the little ones enjoying a laid back affair in the nursery until they can leave like grown-ups at the dining table.
