St Kilda - Melbourne's beachside playground
St Kilda is Melbourne's favourite beachside suburb, and Mexicana en Australia and I decided to feature it in our final edition of Melbourne Explorer!
We start at the bakeries on Carlisle Street, before heading to the Jewish Museum of Australia, then around towards Acland Street for cake and ice cream. Then we finish up our series at St Kilda beach, watching the sun set into the bay, and visiting a colony of fairy penguins!

Melbourne's famous St Kilda Botanical Gardens by drone on a beautiful Spring day. I met a lovely person there from Friends of St Kilda Botanical Gardens who let me film inside the greenhouse. I discovered they provide guided walks and even sell plants. So come and visit plus you will experience the most magnificent gardens anywhere. I hope you like the video and thanks for watching.

Safety: Please note that I only fly for fun and I fly safely and within the drone flight rules ie I check for other aircraft and stay low (tree top height) or land if there are low aircraft nearby, otherwise no higher than 120m and no closer than 5.5km to a controlled airport, no closer than 30m to people, no flights over crowds, keep the drone in line of site and controlled safely, no flights after 30 minutes after sunset or at night.

St kilda Beach聖科達海灘是一個可以免費看企鵝的超夯景點
因為海灘算乾淨(海水蠻清澈的) ，所以企鵝願意在這邊築巢
重點!!!!海邊風很大 怕被凍死記得一定一定一定要多穿一點
最好全身都包起來
這次剛好住的地方Melbourne Central YHA跟Port Phillip Bay EcoCentre 舉辦企鵝日活動
跟來自世界各地的背包客一起Housekeeping 企鵝的家
其實我覺得這個活動的初衷蠻感人的
付出一點點時間跟勞動力來保護野生企鵝棲息地
看到企鵝長這麼可愛也就滿足了
YHA也很貼心在活動結束後提供免費的BBQ來報答參與至志工活動的大家
一般企鵝白天會出門捕魚
晚上回家餵食牠們的企鵝小寶寶
所以最佳看企鵝的時間是傍晚五點到七點半左右
比較有機會看到大批的企鵝
但記得不能使用相機閃光燈
以免傷到企鵝哦!
