After inauguration were held two days discipleship classes with believers. New church was built in a very poor village of Bihar. Bro. Yesanna - the Founder and President of 'Hosanna Ministries' is a God chosen vessel. He is endowed with several Spiritual gifts. He has been in the ministry since 40 years as a well known Preacher, Pastor, Singer and lyricist. He has planted more than 400 churches in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa and also one in South Africa. He is being used mightily by God both nationally and internationally. But his beginning was very humble which began in the midst of hardships and difficulties.He was born in 1947 in Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh to Tippalapudi Narasimhulu and Kamalamma. His father was a devoted Hindu whereas his mother Kamalamma was a Roman Catholic. Each time she delivered a baby; and in three days time the child would die. In similar way she had lost three of her five children.After some time she was admitted in St. Joseph General Hospital Santhapet, Nellore District to deliver her 6th child. A baby boy was born to her on March 19, 1947. As the child was struggling to survive, on the 3rd day she went to Bishop William Bouter and poured out her anguish and grief before him. The bishop prayed for the boy and kept his name 'Yesanna' and prophesied that the boy would become a great man of God.
When Bro. Yesanna was 10 years old, he was possessed by demonic spirits and wandered in the streets of Nellore without having proper conscious mind. Due to this, his studies were terminated from 6th class. For Seven years he roamed as a mad man, vomiting blood, sleeping on footpaths, railway platforms and spent a very miserable life. In some occasions his condition forced him to eat the food at dust bins and garbage.
On the D-day 15th February, 1964, as Yesanna was wandering on the streets,without his knowing he was led to a Christian cottage meeting place enrouting his home.He was unmindful of what was happening to him there then.He went and sat inside and heard some worship songs. After the meeting was over, a very bright light shone on him while he was enrouting home at 11 PM .He saw the face of the Lord Jesus Christ in that dazzling light and got healed immediately and became a normal person.
That same night he went back to his home after seven years with sound mind. The next day he visited the Pastor where he went the previous night. The pastor explained clearly to Yesanna that Only the God of the Bible cured him and pointed two references from the Holy Bible, they are For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost - Luke 19:10 (NIV) and Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest Matt.11:28 (NIV). The Pastor gave him a Bible copy and from that time onwards Yesanna began to read the Bible continually, fasting and praying regularly.
In 1966 when he was 19 years old, God called him for the full time ministry. Being obedient to the call for God's service, Yesanna left his home, family and ministered in 'The Pentecost' church for several years. Later in 1977, he started a small church in a hut in Lemalle a remote village, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.
He had gone through many trials, tribulations and faced severe poverty in the early stages of his ministry. But God never left him alone in that condition. The ministry began to grow and several new churches were planted in various places.
Like Job said when He has tested me, I will come forth as gold. Now Bro. Yesanna is being used mightily by God both in India and abroad. He had visited and preached in South Korea, Holy land (Jerusalem), Italy, Egypt, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, America, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Dubai, Kuwait and many other countries.All glory and honor be to Lord Jesus Christ and please pray for Bro. Yesanna and his extensive ministry.

Pastor Annie gave us some great insights to being lost and found in Christ. As seen in Luke chapter 15, many of us frequently experience losing life's directions and wander around like lost sheep, some of us may feel worthless like a misplaced coin, and there're also some who believe they don't need God and wants to be the master of their own life, just like the prodigal son. However, our Father in heaven has found us who were once lost, and gave us worth. May we continue to trust in God to guide our every footstep.

St. Michael's and All Angels Church | Oldest Stone Church | Sandakan
St. Michael's and All Angels Church or for short St. Michael is an Anglican church in the Malaysian city of Sandakan in the state of Sabah in northern Borneo. St. Michael is the oldest stone church in Sabah. The impetus for the construction of the church dates back to the clergyman William Henry Elton, who is also known as the founder of St. Michael's Secondary School, located next to the church.
The church is also part of the Sandakan Heritage Trails, a Heritage Trail which connects the historic sights and monuments of Sandakan.
The North Borneo Chartered Company controlled North Borneo in 1881. The mostly British employees of the company desired for an Anglican church to be established. Initially, laymen were used to conduct religious ceremonies in a detached room in the Colonial Secretary's House and, if present, would take over the service from the highest-ranking government officials, Governor William Hood Treacher. William Burgess Pryer, founder of Sandakan and an active layman himself, already wrote in January 1883 a pleading letter to the head of the Anglican Communion, the Archbishop of Canterbury. During mid-1888, a news reached Sandakan that Reverend William Henry Elton was appointed as a priest for Sandakan.
Elton arrived in Sandakan on 2 September 1888. Governor Charles Vandeleur Creagh asked the religious authority to select a vacant piece of land for the construction of a mission station. Assisted by Von Donop, Elton explored in the following weeks around the forest and finally found a two-acre property, in which the construction of a temporary church with the associated vicariate, schools for boys and girls and the necessary outbuildings seemed suitable. His plan was unanimously adopted on 5 October 1888.
The church building is also the first completely built stone building in Sabah. The foundation stone was laid on 29 September 1893 by Governor Creagh and it took more than 30 years to complete.
When the plans of the New Zealand architect BW Mountfort were unveiled, Elton was hugely involved in choosing the materials. The use of Eusideroxylon zwageri (Bornean belian wood) would dramatically increase the cost of construction, while the usage of bricks was not considered to be cosmetically pleasing, so they finally agreed on a building made of stone blocks, specifically granite.
While the white stones that adorn the windows and doors were imported from Hong Kong, the darker stones came from a quarry near Kampong Buli Sim Sim, where they were carved by prisoners at a cost of about 1.50 Straits dollar per cubic meter. One of the stone blocks is 30 cm in length and weighed about 63 kilograms.
The sanctification of the main nave was made on 30 September 1906 during Michaelmas. The western portal, which is the main entrance to the church, was not completed at that time and was consecrated only in 1925, 32 years after construction began. In May 1941 Rev Reuben Henthorne and Rev Denis W.A. Brown were interned by the Japanese. Services continued at the church until 1943 when it was closed and used as a store. The church was dynamited by the Japanese forces before surrender in 1945 as World War II ended, although the shell of the church remained standing.
Reconstruction began soon after the war, and St Michael's is still one of the few historic stone buildings in Sabah. The coloured stained glass windows were donated to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the end of the World War II by Australians.
At the northwest corner of the church is a memorial stone erected in 1988, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the parish. On the stone, a metal plate is fitted with the inscription:
