Sibson, Leicestershire, St Botolph - the ring of six bells.

Prior to 2007 Sibson had a ring of four bells. A bell from a redundant church in Leicester and a bell ex-Kettering were added to complete the ring. The Keltek Trust donated the ex-Kettering bell.

Stedman Doubles at Mathern, Monmths

A pleasant country church with a rather prominent tower and an unusual dedication of St Tewdric. A lovely ring of 6 here, all cast by William Evans of nearby Chepstow in 1765 and overhauled in 1970. Despite a long draught and the tower wobbling like a jelly, they are easy to ring and sound lovely, especially on the staircase (seperate video to come)

Len McClusky from Unite the Union mentions WEA

At the Unite the Union launch event of the WEA developed ESOL online course, Len McClusky, the General Secretary, gave a speech regarding how important Unite view education. He made a reference to the role the WEA play in this:-

'Trade Unions were the bodies that wanted to educate working class individuals....The Workers' Educational Association was first established in 1903 and provided men and women with the opportunity to get an education. The slogan, educate, agitate and organise encapsulate how workers could improve their lives.' Here this at 5min 15secs.
