Limerick City - County Limerick - Ireland

Save Daghdha Dance Company!
Please help to save Daghdha Dance Company, Ireland's oldest and most accomplished dance organisation from imminent closure.
Daghdha has been informed of a complete, 100%, loss of its revenue funding by the Arts Council of Ireland. This cut to be unjust and this decision should be revoked. It needs to immediately raise 200,000 EUR to continue its important work locally, nationally and internationally.
The company is one of Europe's pioneers in the field of contemporary dance. Led by Artistic Director Michael Klien it is renowned for its accomplished choreographies, an intelligent and inclusive approach to dance as well as delivering comprehensive outreach and educational programmes. At home in St. John's Church, Daghdha Space, Daghdha presents an essential part of Limerick's cultural life and a major contributor to dance in Ireland.
Please show your support against the closure of Daghdha Dance Company by signing the below petition and spreading the word.
