Questions
0:17:15 Last week 20 ambulances were waiting to transfer their patients to one of our local A&Es and one had waited for 6 hours. What has contributed to this crisis and how can performance be improved?
0:25:15 Why should politicians be trusted, as it seems acceptable now to make and break promises and to lie?
0:32:50 Does Cambridgeshire need more specialist SEND provision? Andy if so where should that provision be based and who should fund it?
Is Ofsted fit for purpose and if not how would you like to see it changed?
0:47:00 When voting in parliament, will you vote in the best interests of your constituents or blindly follow the party whipe? How will you gather the views of your constituents on critical issues?
How important do you think it is to engage with your constituents?
0:56:55 During this campaign, we have received a large number of Lib Dem leaflets, a small number from the Conservatives and Labour and nothing from the independent candidate. given the Electoral Commission restrictions on campaign spending, could the candidates please shed any light on this discrepancy?
1:02:00 What do you believe are the best and worst aspects of the EU, and to what extent do these factors affect whether you would campaign for Leave or Remain in the event of another referendum? If they would play a secondary part, say why?
1:16:20 Will candidates take the pledge recommended by the3million I pledge to give all EU citizens and their family members an automatic guarantee of their rights, regardless of the Brexit outcome.
1:23:00 Whatever type of Brexit we have (or not), we will continue to lose a lot of casual farm labour with fruit and veg rotting in the fields. Currently UK citizens are reluctant to do this work because it is seasonal / weather dependent and the low, irregular pay cannot meet rents and other outgoings. what is your solution?
1:31:20 Does your party fully support NATO and Britain's independent nuclear deterrent?
1:33:55 If elected, what measures for achieving net zero carbon emissions would the candidates pursue, both in this region and nationally?
1:45:00 Five questions from the room
To what extent did you or your family access state education?
What would you do about prisoner rehabilitation?
How would help employers employ more people with disabilities?
Why in 2019 do we have foodbanks?
Do the candidates support the equalities act?
How are you going to win back disillusioned young people?

Beatboxer in Harrogate silenced by church goer for 'too much bass' - Daily Mail
The worshipper was filmed coming from a church near to where the street artist was performing in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, to complain about the volume. Footage shows him receiving a public telling-off then reaching to turn down his amplifier as the heckler strides away. She gestures towards the church she has come from and tells him the building is shaking, miming a volume dial as she says: 'There's too much bass'. The musician laughs and sheepishly turns the volume down, though he carried on performing after the unexpected interruption.
