Amir Timur Museum and Glimpse of Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Amir Timur Museum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan houses artifacts relating to the life and achievements of the great Turkic conquerer, Amir Timur, who conquered West, Central and South Asia in the 15th century.
The Museum is incredibly beautiful and majestic, though photography within its premises require a separate fee (its worth the extra soms though!).

Museum, Bazaar, Theater and Top Floor Bar in Tashkent - Uzbekistan 4K Travel Channel
After a short drive, we arrive at the Museum of applied arts in the Rakatboshi street. It is a beautiful old grand building with an inner courtyard. The impressive building belonged to the Russian diplomat Aleksandr Polovcev once. Precious mosaics adorn at the outer walls here.
Inside, you can discover the entire range of Uzbek craftsmanship. Clothes, headgear, carpets, porcelain, paintings, decorative objects, metal cans and carving in the form of furniture and doors show skills that are hard to find in the USA or Europe.
The women wear the jewelry during their lifetime because they could be rejected at any time and then would have had no more time to take this along.
Of course, Tashkent also has some bazaars, of which the Chorsu Bazaar is the biggest. Its huge dome is already visible from afar.
Inside, you find mainly perishable meat and cheese products. Presumably, the hall is cooled by air conditioning.
Besides that, there is an open fruit and vegetable hall.
The dealers offer candy, eggs, jam, honey and household goods in further smaller halls.
Also, fresh bread may not be missing. Since the next day is a holiday, the bakers have their hands full with work.
The market is well-sorted, structured and clearly arranged.
On the way to the Uzbekistan hotel, our driver drives a lap around the Navoi Theater. It was built in 1942 - 1947. As of 1945 substantially Japanese prisoners of war were involved in forced labor. In 1966 it received the status of Bolshoi Theater.
The theater is named after Alisher Navoiy, an Uzbek poet, and politician who lived in the court of the Timurids in the 15th century. He is celebrated as the greatest Turk-language poet of all time and significantly influenced the Chagatai language, a Turkic language.

But in the corridor, Hangul looks clearly. Hyeon Hee. There is an anti - Japanese literature writer who lives in the middle of nowhere. This is the author of the Nakdong River. But why is his memorial in Uzbekistan? Her name is Valentina Mihiyev, daughter of Hara Kwanghee. She came to Korea and donated her father's relics, which she cherished in her life, and she thought that it was a valuable resource for us. So she left the country for the independence movement. Name it, Chosun! But it's a dream of returning home. He himself, the family he called Chosun, remained in the name of Goryeo in the far country.

Lekin koridorda Hangul aniq ko'rinadi. Hyeon Hee. Hech qaysi joyda yashaydigan piyodalarga - yapon adabiyoti yozuvchisi bor. Bu Nakdong daryosining muallifi. Nima uchun O'zbekistonda uning xotirasi yo'q? Uning ismi - Valentina Mihiev, Xara Kvanxe qizi. U Koreyaga borib, otasining hayotiga bag'ishlangan yodgorliklarini ehson qilgan va biz uchun bu qimmatbaho manba deb o'ylardi, shuning uchun u mamlakatni mustaqillik harakati uchun tark etdi. Nomini ayting, Chosun! Ammo uyga qaytishni orzu qilaman. U o'zi, Chosun ismli oila, uzoq mamlakatdagi Goryeo nomi bilan qoldi.

Uzbekistan Day 10 Tashkent final sights
This morning we visit the State Museum of Applied Arts where the detail and quality of exhibits is amazing. We followed this by ride on the Metro where we saw beautiful murals of space and Cosmonauts along with fine architecture you wouldn't believe for underground stations. After leaving the Metro, we had a meander around the outdoor and indoor markets at Chorsu Bazaar. Again fascinating to see the scale of produce on display. This was followed by a drive past various sights before stopping to see The Russian Orthodox Centre with its ornate golden domes and pastel coloured buildings. We finish the day with free time. We returned to Amir Timur Square to see it in daylight with the Uzbekistan Hotel dominating the background. A fine end to a fascinating holiday. Note that many things we saw had several different spellings, presumably from the translation from Cyrillic to English.

Since Uzbekistan became independent in 1991, great attention was paid to revive the nation's spiritual and cultural heritage, including historical persons who had an important role in world civilization. Among those was Amir Temur, the warlord, politician and reformer, patron of science, education, trade, culture and craft. Having established a great centralized state, he strengthened its power and greatness, and also united many nations and people. Amir Temur's rule promoted science, education, culture, architecture, the fine arts, music and poetry, laying the foundations of the Temurid Renaissance. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Even in cold winter weather, people are not inclined to take pictures in front of a statue. The main character of the statue is Uzbek national artist. He was a pioneer in terms of Uzbek's speech and sentiment, and people built museums in his name along with statues. Uzbekistan's historic scenes and Navajo's masterpieces are on display here.

Bu erda O'zbekistonning tarixiy sahnalari va Navajo asarlari namoyish etilmoqda.

Going arround Amir Timur museum tashkent uzbekistan by putu dewi
Hello guys, welcome to my channel by putu dewi, you can see the museum of amir Timur
Throughout history, few names have inspired such terror as Tamerlane. That was not the Central Asian conqueror's actual name, though. More properly, he is known as Timur, from the Turkic word for iron.
Amir Timur is remembered as a vicious conqueror, who razed ancient cities to the ground and put entire populations to the sword. On the other hand, he is also known as a great patron of the arts, literature, and architecture. One of his signal achievements is his capital in the beautiful city of Samarkand, in modern-day Uzbekistan.
A complicated man, Timur continues to fascinate us some six centuries after his death.
Early Life
Timur was born in 1336, near the city of Kesh (now called Shahrisabz), about 50 miles south of the oasis of Samarkand, in Transoxiana. The child's father, Taragay, was the chief of the Barlas tribe. The Barlas were of mixed Mongolian and Turkic ancestry, descended from the hordes of Genghis Khan and the earlier inhabitants of Transoxiana. Unlike their nomadic ancestors, the Barlas were settled agriculturalists and traders.
Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Arabshah's 14th-century biography, Tamerlane or Timur: The Great Amir, states that Timur was descended from Genghis Khan on his mother's side; it is not entirely clear whether that is true.
