Snowing Near Hedley, British Columbia
It has snowed a few times already this Winter, but early on the morning of December 2, 2013 one of the first heavier snowfalls occurred in parts of the Similkameen Valley. The elevation changes along Highway 3 takes travellers through a number of 'micro climates' at this time of year and one is located not far from Hedley, British Columbia near Stemwinder Provincial Campground. Stemwinder - Oroville | DAY 2 (Now Or Never Tour)
Now Or Never Tour was a spur of the moment decision to escape the first bout of September rains on the coast and head for some warmer weather. It's the last real ride of 2018 for me.
This is Day 2 where I head from the campsite at Stemwinder Prov Park to Oroville on the other side of the border. The ride takes us through the beautiful Similkameen Valley to Osoyoos and then down US Highway 97 to Oroville.

Bromley Rock July 2013
I have loved Bromley Rock since I was a kid. I have never had the guts to jump off of the top of the rock.
A quick tip, in the summer on the weekends the parking lot can be full, you can park there on the north side right off of the Old Hedley Road
