2019 Sister Trip - England, Scotland, Ireland
Follow us on our adventure through England, Scotland, and Ireland! Find our complete itinerary, what we would have done differentely, and #nutritarian finds below.
TRAVEL ITINERARY:
1. Fly to LONDON via Norwegian Air, taxi to Notting Hill. 3 nights at an air bnb in London
2. Train to SCOTLAND — London Kings Cross – Edinburgh train really easy and comfortable -1 night in Edinburgh at Harry Potter airbnb, awesome experience - great host who held our bags so we could have 2 full days in Edinburgh
*definitely could have done another night in Edinburgh- one of our favorite places
3. Left around 4 pm, right before the rental car place closes to drive -yes, on the left hand side- to Fort William.
-- We stopped at The Three Sisters Mountain on the way, which was beautiful.
-- We realized we didn't have a hotel for Fort William and spontaneously booked one right before we lost wifi and got really lucky with a last minute open room at the grange in Fort William- amazinggg B&B - grangefortwilliam.com
4. We drove from Fort William to Inverness and made some stops along the way: Ben Nevis Mountain and afternoon tea at Inverlochy Castle.. We wish we got to see isle of sky in Scotland but we couldn’t fit it all!
5. We spent 1 night in Inverness and woke up early to catch a flight from Inverness to Dublin, Ireland via Logan Air
****wouldn’t have done this if booked it again *** We wanted to go to the Cliffs of Moher, but would’ve gone straight to Shannon if we had to do it again to cut driving time.
6. Drive to Cliffs of Moher - must add this to your bucket list if you haven't been; best part of Ireland!
-- Cute town to get a snack on the way is Lahinch, we went to Dodi Cafe, which is close to the cliffs.
7. Drive from Cliffs of Moher back to DUBLIN - Hotel 7 was perfect - good location and made us steamed veggies one of the nights: hotel7dublin.com
8. Fly back to the states from Dublin via Aer Lingus
Things to do and food to eat:

Around 70 police officers were deployed at St Vincent Place, close to George Square, in Glasgow on Friday night to stop Yes campaign supporters from entering.
Earlier, unionists had flooded George Square and the police acted to make sure the two sides did not meet. Singing 'Shove your union up your arse', the Yes supporters were eventually allowed by police to pass by St Vincent Place and on to George Square. They chanted in unison 'George Square!' but were still blocked by police from entering the main area.
As the police had blocked the Yes supporters, it meant a huge traffic jam was caused, with drivers anxious and annoyed by what was taking place close by to them.

Unionists and 'Better Together' supporters gathered on Glasgow's iconic George Square to celebrate the Scottish referendum's result. George Square had been filled with pro-independence activists on Thursday night and was seen as a centre point of the Yes campaign.

SO UNEXPECTED!! Best of Cornwall UK | Lands End & Minack Theatre | England Vlog
Minack Theatre and Lands End are insane! This really is the best of Cornwall and shows off the UK and England as a travel... ⬇ Click 'Show More' ✈ Learn to travel full-time:
Cornwall has quickly become our favourite spot in England, possibly even the UK at this point considering we haven't travel that far into it. In this particular vlog we got to discover Minack Theatre and Lands End and were just blown away (literally actually) all day long!
Minack Theatre has a fascinating story about how it came to be. We picked up a lot of the info from our Rabbies driver, Dean, as well as the musuem-ish on sight next to the Minack Theater. It really does need to be seend to be believed because its not something we expected to see in the UK.
Just around the road is Lands End, a very famous spot in the UK and about as far on the island of England as you can possibly go. The wind here was intense but the lookout was beautiful - the water below was clear, and the views are worth the travel into Cornwall to see.
This is the Bnb/Guesthouse we stayed in, the host was SO lovely!
Rabbies is an award winning small tours company that operate in the UK - 16 seater buses, driver and guide and a load of epic locations to visit. While this is a paid partnership all opinions are our own, as always. We hand pick our partnerships to ensure we keep things real and honest throughout - we genuinely loved our tour and recommend you check out all the tours Rabbies offers here —
