This Bufflehead (a very rare vagrant from America) is presumably the same bird that has spent the winter months at Loe Pool, Helston. It was found by Keith Wilson on his lake at Trelusback Farm, Penhalvean, nr Stithians, Where it showed to just 20-30 metres.

This is photo i wanted to show you of the Stithians organ in its original residence i think it was taken sometime round about the early 1900s, i would of loved to have seen this in colour, can you imagine how beautiful it must of looked esp the organ pipes all stencilled all the different colours. The present chapel organ has got coloured pipes so i might have to arrange a visit there very soon.
