The Carroll Foundation Trust and parallel Gerald 6th Duke of Sutherland Trust multi-billion dollar corporate identity theft liquidation bank fraud case has disclosed that yet another UK Law Society firm has been named in the explosive criminal “standard of proof” prosecution files which are currently “held in custody” at Scotland Yard.

Scotland Yard leaked sources have said that the dossiers contain forensic specimen exhibits of the co-ordinated break-ins burglaries theft and criminal seizure offences which were “targeted” at Gerald Carroll’s multi-million dollar Eaton Square Belgravia penthouse and Westminster residences in central London following a complete refusal by the Metropolitan Police to provide assistance covering a bizarre six to eight years.

Clan Mackay
Clan Mackay is a highland Scottish clan originating in the far north of Scotland in a location traditionally called the Kingdom of Moray.
Mackay’s motto is Manu forti meaning, With a strong hand, Mackay’s crest is comprised of a dagger held erect.
The historic seat of Clan Mackay is located at Castle Varrich, located in the village of Tounge.
On the upper floor of Strathnaver museum located in Bettyhill Scotland is the location of The Clan Mackay Centre. The centre is dedicated to preserving the history of clan Mackay and it’s families.
Iye MacEth, the high Stewart to the bishop of Caithness, who lived in the 13th century is considered the first leader of what would become the Mackay Clan. MacEth was granted land and began accumulating property and influence in what is now considered Clan Mackay territory.
Over the years the Mackay’s have had many land disputes with the neighboring clan the Sutherlands. In 1370 the clan chief and his son were murdered by members of the Sutherland clan during their attempt to develop a border between the two clans. In 1829 the chief, needing money, sold the Mackay clan’s land to the Countess of Sutherland, ending a nearly five hundred year battle over the clan’s territory.
In 1628 the chief of Clan Mackay was granted a title from the British nobility called the Lord Reay. All subsequent chiefs have born this title.
The clan Mackay society was formed in 1806 making it one of the oldest clan societies in Scotland.
In 1875 the chief at the time Eric Mackay passed away leaving no children breaking the direct line of chiefs. The title passed to a branch of the Mackay family located in Holland.
In 1906 “The book of Mackay” was published chronicling the history of the clan. The book is now available in the public domain.

The Strathnaver Trail (B871) - Scotland's best driving road? (Part 1)
The Strathnaver Trail is a narrow but flowing road that follows the coast of Loch Naver and then the River Naver (an important salmon river that flows from Loch Naver to the north coast of Scotland). It is, in our opinion, one of the best driving roads in Scotland.
This is an uncut look at one of the roads we travelled down while on The Retro Lab's Scottish Adventure, which was a two thousand mile road trip around Scotland in which we continued our mission to find Britain's (and maybe even the world's) best driving roads, also visiting many castles and other points-of-interest along the way, but it didn't go quite how we had planned....

The Highland Clearances
Many thousands of crofters, whose families had lived on the land for generations, were forcibly evicted, leaving empty glens and desolate villages.
A storytelling from Elliot Rudie with Rosemary Mackintosh Strathnaver Museum
The Highland Clearances are a notorious part of Scottish history. The 19th Century is known as the age of improvement, a time when all the landlords looked at their estates to see how they might be made more productive and financially rewarding. What the landlords thought of as necessary improvements, later to become known as the Clearances During what became known as the ''Highland Clearances'', it was not just a hundred or so victims who suffered eviction, but tens of thousands of men, women and children. They led to mass emigration to the sea coast, the Scottish Lowlands, and the North American colonies.
The clearances were part of a process of agricultural change throughout the United Kingdom (called enclosure elsewhere), but were particularly notorious as a result of the late timing, the lack of legal protection for year-by-year tenants under Scottish law, the abruptness of the change from the traditional clan system,

Patric Sellar
A storytelling from Elliot Rudie with Rosemary Mackintosh Strathnaver Museum
Patrick Sellar was a lawyer, hired as the factor of the Duke of Sutherland, in 1809 to assist with the improvement of the Duke's lands. His tactics led to him standing trial at Inverness for culpable homicide when he presided over the burning of a croft in Strathnaver which still contained an old woman who refused to leave. He was acquitted after there was found to be little evidence of his direct involvement. He was most prolific in the area of Strathnaver and presided over the improvements of much of the Highlands, becoming a successful sheep farmer and one of the largest landowners in the area around the lands he had cleared for the Duke.
