2019 12 15 Glen Waverley Event Setup Timelapse
This is a time-lapse of our event setup today for 'Ecstatic Singing' in Glen Waverley, Victoria, Australia
Faulty Speed & Red Light Camera at Mount Waverley. Blackburn St. and High St. Rd. intersection.
This video was made for all those drivers who received a speeding or red light camera fines over the intersection of high street road and Blackburn road in Mount Waverley, Victoria, Australia.
The date of this video is 2nd March 2017. The time is 6:15AM. I was driving through this intersection when I noticed the camera behaving in an erratic manner and randomly flashing, snapping at passing cars.
The speed limit on that road is 60 km/h and as you can clearly see no cars are speeding or running a red light yet the camera keeps flashing randomly in an erratic manner.
I hope this video can help your case if you happen to receive a fine at that location. This camera is obviously faulty.
Thank you for watching and please share this video on your twitter and Facebook pages. There may be a lot of drivers who received fines at that location. Please help spread the word.

Unanswered Questions
The following protest was held on 28/02/2008, in Glen Waverley, outside Maxine Moran's office. The speaker was AEU Victoria, Branch Secretary Brian Henderson.
The AEU had some questions for Premier John Brumby and Education Minister Bronwyn Pike that remain unanswered.
Perhaps you could explain to the Victorian public why if a teacher was employed in Victoria today and a teacher was employed in New South Wales, the teacher in New South Wales over the next twelve years of their working life will be paid $114,520 more than their Victorian counterpart for doing essentially the same job.
You can also explain why Primary and Secondary teachers in New South Wales work less hours than their Victorian counterparts and work the same number of days but are paid $10,000 more.
The current offer of a 3.25% pay increase to Victorian teachers is an insult.
New South Wales teachers are already 15% ahead and they are claiming a further 5% for each of the next two years. In this context, our claim represents no more than the catch-up that is necessary to enable Victorian schools to attract and retain teachers in a job market of increasing scarcity.
In the decade to 2007, the number of teachers in government schools grew by just 14%, while the non-government school teacher population increased by 33.1%.
Teachers and Principals are sick of subsidizing the public education system because your Government wants to run it on the cheap. This has again been confirmed by the most recent productivity commission report that shows Victoria continues to be the lowest funding state or territory when it comes to education. So, shame on you Mr. Brumby and shame on you Maxine Moran, who is also a member of the Brumby cabinet.
Almost 1 in 5 Victorian teachers are currently on short-term contracts and close to 80% of first-year teachers commence on one.
We make no apologies to try to improve the retirement incomes of people who you refuse to give job security to by employing them on short-term contracts and the level of contract employment is now at the same level as it was under the Kennett Government. It is a disgrace
Victorian teachers have been left with no option but to continue industrial action.
We are getting E-mails and letters from members from right across Victoria saying, Keep up the fight, don't back down, teachers are angry and they are angry at the Brumby government and the Brumby government will pay unless they heed the call of teachers to come back to the negotiating table and to negotiate a fair and just agreement, thank you all for coming today.
What do we want? A fair deal - When do we want it? Now
Teacher shortage not okay, 3.25 not the way

Hey, hey, ho, ho, contract teaching's got to go.

AEU Industrial Action
The following protest was held on 28/02/2008, in Glen Waverley, outside Maxine Moran's office. The speaker was AEU Victoria, Branch Secretary Brian Henderson.
Not only are Victorian teachers the worst paid in Australia, they have not had a pay increase since October 2006.
There are over a thousand teachers on strike today.
We're here today for the fact that we should not have to be here today.
As the Victorian Government Schools Agreement 2004 was due to expire in 2007, the AEU submitted proposals for a new agreement in 2006.
We served a lot of claims on the government in December 2006 so that we would have plenty of time to negotiate an agreement before the agreement expired in August last year.
Well, we sat through ten months of negotiations with the department bureaucrats and during all that time all they offered us is 3.25 per cent and no other improvements whatsoever.
Premier John Brumby and Education Minister Bronwyn Pike still refuse to sit down and negotiate a new agreement to address widespread teacher shortages and to reduce class sizes.
The AEU will not be complicit in slashing teacher numbers and increasing class size as your position dictates. The Labour Government was elected to repair the damage done to education by the Kennett Government, not to repeat the same carnage in the name of productivity cost offsets.
Productivity cost offsets would include a teacher reduction, increased class sizes or a combination of both.
So again, the minister is confirming that the only way the teachers can get more than 3.25 per cent is productivity cost offsets and so, since we've begun negotiations in March last year, that's been the government's position, it still remains the government's position.
Victorian teachers have been left with no option but to continue industrial action.
We want Victorian children to receive a world-class education.
We've said all along it is going to be a long campaign because we have an intransigent government. This is the third day of stoppages - they all received really good media coverage. We intend to keep going for the whole thirty-five days of rolling regional stoppages to continue to put the pressure on the government to come up with a decent negotiating position that recognizes the professionalism and commitment of teachers.
What do we want? A fair deal - When do we want it? Now!
Teacher shortage not okay, large class sizes not the way!
