The Sturgeon river continues into Indian River and runs into Burt Lake (Longer trip to Burt Lake is 3 to 5 hours. Quiet Water Indian River Michigan Inland Waterway Kayak Trip
Beautiful and scenic quiet water lake and river trip Starts from The Tuscarora Township Park at Devoe Beach on Burt Lake and winds along through the village, passed Marina Park and out to the Indian River Spreads Area at the mouth of the Indian River, before it joins Mullett Lake at its Southern end. This trip ends at a private estate off N Grandview Beach Road. Enjoy paddling around the beautiful island and watching for fish, loons, otters and other wildlife among the reed beds of the Straits. Your trip ends at a dock on a private estate along the Straits area. Our Courtesy van is available to pick you up and the end of your trip and return you to your car.
