London-Birmingham: First time riding a train in the UK
London-Birmingham is a very common route of train in the UK. The train departs London Euston station and after several stops arrives at Birmingham New Street.
Virgin has the fastest trains, but we purchased our tickets with Chiltern, as they had better prices. The trip was about 1 hour longer, but the train was comfortable and had free wifi.
Birmingham is the first city we will visit in the UK. It will be featured in the next vlog.

Warwick Castle - UK travel - We slept on the castle grounds!
Warwick Castle (UK) is an 11th-century castle in Warwick, England (Warwickshire, more precisely). It's among the most well preserved old English castles, and there's a ton of things to do there. This vlog is part of a UK travel series:
In this video, you will see the trebuchet, the armory, the State Rooms, the views from the top of the castle and learn a little bit of the history. We even sleep in a lodge in the Knight's Village on the castle grounds!
Warwick, UK was an Anglo-Saxon 'burh' in the 9th-10th centuries, and Warwick Castle was established in 1068 during the Norman conquest of England.

Away players shield linesman from missiles as fiery derby ends in stalemate
The Istanbul derby between Galatasaray has a reputation as being one of the most tempestuous events in world football - and though there were no goals, this edition was no different.
The biggest talking point of the game came on 73 minutes, when home winger Younes Belhanda was given a second yellow card for diving.
Galatasaray fans took out their rage on assistant referee Tark Ongun, throwing bottles and other missiles at him, hitting him on the head.
As Ongun went to the floor, several Fenerbahce players surrounded him, forming a human shield.
As more projectiles, including drinks, flags and a cigarette lighter, rained down, Ongun was able to be treated.
A tight game eventually ended goal less, as Fenerbahce did not have a single shot on a target all night.

Kesin kimlik tespitinin DNA sonuçlarıyla yapılacağı belirtilirken, uzmanların ikinci otopside bu sonuca vardığı aktarıldı. En son kızıyla birlikte Eylül 2016 yılında görülen Livia’nın Nikos Metaxas’ın kurbanı olduğu düşünülüyor. Cinayet ile ilgili ortaya çıkan korkunç ayrıntılarda kadının elle boğularak öldürüldüğünü ortaya koydu. Raporlarda ayrıca, seri katil zanlısı Metaxas’ın bir diğer kurbanı Filipin uyruklu 38 yaşındaki Marry Rose Tiburcio’yu da elle boğularak öldürüldü ifade edildi. Metaxas, polise verdiği ifadede kadını cinsel ilişki sırasında boğduğunu itiraf etmişti.

Milli Mücadele karşıtı tutumuyla tanınan ve 1922'de İzmit'te linç edilerek öldürülen gazeteci ve Osmanlı'nın son İçişleri Bakanı Ali Kemal, İngiltere siyasetinin tepesine oturması muhtemel isimlerden olan Boris Johnson'ın dedesinin babası olarak biliniyor. İkinci Abdülhamid tarafından birkaç defa sürgüne gönderilen aslen Çankırılı olduğu bilinen Ali Kemal, 1903 yılında Londra'da Wilfred Brun isimli bir İngiliz kadınla evlenmiş ve çiftin Osman Kemal isimli bir çocukları olmuştu. 1912'de Türkiye'ye dönen Ali Kemal'in vefatının ardından İngiltere'de büyüyen Osman Kemal, İngiliz vatandaşlığına geçmiş ve Johnson soyadını almıştı.

Tam adı Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson olan politikacı, 19 Haziran 1964 tarihinde dünyaya geldi. Osmanlı'nın son döneminde Dahiliye Nazırlığı yapmış olan Ali Kemal'in torunu olan Stanley Johnson'ın oğlu olan Boris Johnson, Oxford Üniversitesi'nden mezun olduktan sonra The Times'ta kariyerine başladı.
Daha sonra editör asistanı olduğu The Daily Telegraph'a geçti. 1999'da The Spectator'da editör oldu. 2001 Genel Seçimlerinde Avam Kamarasına seçildi.
İngiltere Muhafazakâr Parti'nin Henley milletvekili iken girdiği yerel seçimlerde, 1 Mayıs 2008 tarihinde Londra Belediye Başkanı seçildi ve 2016 yerel seçimlerine kadar bu görevini sürdürdü.
13 Temmuz 2016 tarihinde David Cameron'un yerine başbakan olan Theresa May tarafından Birleşik Krallık Dışişleri Bakanı olarak görevlendirildi.
Türkiye'de Osmanlı Torunu olarak da anılan Johnson, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun öldürülen son Dahiliye Nazırı (İçişleri Bakanı) Ali Kemal'in torunu Stanley Johnson'ın oğlu. Damat Ferit Paşa hükümetlerinde Maarif (Eğitim) ve Dahiliye Nazırlığı yapan Ali Kemal'ın babası Hacı Ahmet Rıza Efendi, 1813'te Çankırı'nın Kalfat köyünde doğmuştu.
Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, İngiltere'nin yeni başbakanı olacak Boris Johnson'ı tebrik etti.
2016'da Spectator dergisi editörü Douglas Murray, Boris Johnson'ı, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'a hakaret içerikli şiir yarışmasının galibi olarak açıkladı.
Murray şiir yarışmasını, Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan'ı ve komedyen Jan Böhmermann hakkında soruşturma açılmasına izin veren Almanya Başbakanı Angela Merkel'i protesto etmek için açtğını duyurmuştu.

Trip to Japan | Osaka (or 大阪市) is so full of things to do! We spend the day shopping in Osaka. Japanese also love it! In Minami, we start at Orange Street (Horie), then visit America Mura, Shinsaibashi-Suji, Dotonbori (where you see the famous Glico man), Ebisubashi-Suji and Namba Walk. We return to Dotonbori to enjoy Osaka at night and try delicious street food. My favorite? Takoyaki, by far! ????

► WHO AM I?
Short answer: I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
