2-Day Bike Tour with Dany, part 2
longtime ago I have planned to go for a 2-day Tour with Dany. Now we have made it and it was hard and wonderful. From Ban Phe over Sangkhaleur, Wang Chan, and sleep 1 night at Khao Chamao National Park. Till here it was 81 km and this was already the longest ride in one step for Dany. Next day over Klaeng to Soonthorn Poo, Laem Mephim, Suan Son, Ban Phe. -Again my congrats to my son Dany for this great result.

Our first win on Friday night was brought home by our beloved young brother, Nong Pee aka The White Shark.
Pee showed his strength in the clinch once again, and displayed beautiful technique, which lead to him knocking out his opponent in round 2.

What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage is an ancient massage technique that originated in India and was brought to Thailand by Buddhists about 2500 years ago. Thai massage is considered a physical component to medicine in Thailand. This form of massage is intended to heal!
Thai massage is often referred to as the lazy man's yoga. That's because Thai massage is focused on stretching and warming up the body, much like a yoga session. Watch Tracie Livermore explain what goes into this ancient massage technique, from palm pressing to the use of feet, elbows, and forearms.
Tracie Livermore has been on faculty at Pacific College, San Diego since 2002. She teaches the Public Safety Business and Ethics and Stretching and Traction classes. In addition to teaching, she has been in private massage practice since 1990, where she specializes in Thai Massage, Tuina, Jin Shin, Deep Tissue massage and blends of all of the above. She is also certified in pre- and perinatal massage. Tracie has traveled to China and Thailand to enhance her work and teaching skills.
