[台北]萬華糖廍文化園區。沉澱百年的甜味與明華園新意象。藏身在萬華住宅區內的「糖廍文化園區」，源於日本會所經營的台北製糖所，自西元1908年至1942年停產止，是台灣最早關閉的新式糖廠。
而在看似短暫的34年間，留下北台灣都會區唯一糖業文化的鮮活歷史。現在，走進幽靜的糖廍文化園區，能一訪近百年歷史的三座舊式紅磚倉庫，以及深具糖廠意象的五分車古月台。
糖廍倉庫，共有ABC三棟，糖廍A倉展出糖業文化，開啟百年糖倉的歷史
糖倉，當時的台灣製糖工廠，糖廍，指在糖倉之前，更古老的製糖廠所，
蔗汁蒸發濃縮為糖漿的蒸發罐模型，粗糖製成。

糖廍文化園區除了展示製糖史蹟建築，糖廍另外三倉，B倉是明華園戲劇排練的小型展演場，並沒有開放。而C倉內的服裝道具展示與佈景製作倉庫，可以近距離看見舞台上的華麗與閃亮，會為每一頂頭飾的精緻華麗而驚嘆。

糖廍文化園區
光復後，都市計畫沿用日治時土地混合使用的概念，附近劃設為工業區。糖廠由台糖公司接收後不久即停止製糖，轉為倉儲使用。台灣不再產糖，台灣對糖的需求已經有高達90%必須倚賴進口。

大理街社區居民抗爭反對療養院設立，爭取鄰里公園，保存台灣最北的製糖遺構之臺北糖廠建物，古蹟本體倉庫由紅磚疊砌，拱門、梯形柱及大跨距構架為其特色，民國92年9月23日公告指定市定為106號古蹟。

願景與未來
三棟市定古蹟糖倉A、B、C ，位處萬華區大理街，所在範圍包含 C1 街廓(公二公園)、C2街廓，面積約1.092公頃，其中C1區域，除古蹟本體外，其他區域目前為公園與地下停車場。歷經多年努力，保存糖倉古蹟且無償取得公園土地，本局續爭取中央擴大內需修繕經費。修復三棟糖倉古蹟，初期透過譽揚的優秀團隊入駐，活化再生古蹟空間，創造萬華文化觀光新亮點。於98年2月20日召開社區說明會，明華園獲當地民眾支持，期望該團賦予糖廍文化園區嶄新面貌，讓舊傳統醞釀出新活力。糖廍文化園區定位為傳統戲曲的人才培育及傳藝後製人力的培養園地，增強萬華這老台北的多種文化面貌與特質。

2010.11 台北市萬華區台糖台北倉庫 糖廍文化園區 - 版權所有,請勿使用於商業用途謝謝. 編按: 摘自北市文化局網站 簡介： 大理街一帶舊稱下崁庄，清代楊埤於此設置糖部，以牛隻拖動石造磨礅壓榨甘蔗，煮汁為糖。一九○九年日人木下新三郎等集資在艋舺下崁庄興建新式製糖工廠，名為「臺北製糖株式會社」，兩年後開工生產，一九一五年為「臺灣製糖株式會社」兼併成為「臺北工場」，又稱之「台北糖廠」，為桃園以北唯一的糖廠。糖廠極盛時期，甘蔗原料採集區域除下崁庄、加納（今雙園一帶）附近外，尚包括大漢溪、新店溪、基隆溪等河域。後因太平洋戰爭爆發，壯丁被徵調投入戰事，原料供應量日減，遂於一九四二年停工。糖廠目前仍保有三座舊式倉庫，以及長達五十公尺、寬廿公尺，供五分車駁靠載運原料的古月台，說明當年新式糖廠與軌道運輸間的密切關係。古蹟本體倉庫由紅磚疊砌，拱門、梯形柱及大跨距構架為其特色，為台灣最北的製糖遺構。
