Manaslu Circuit Trek in Nepal With Tsum Valley - 2019
The Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley is a trek in Nepal, which reaches an altitude of 5,100m at Larke Pass through the base of Mount Manaslu, the 8th highest mountain in the world. These unspoiled mountain valleys feature a mix of raw Himalayan nature and ancient Buddhist culture, with Manaslu and Tsum Valley offering the most striking and jaw-dropping scenery of the entire Himalayas.
You don't have to look far to find reports that overcrowding is a growing issue, both on Mount Everest and other classic trails in Nepal. However, the Manaslu and Tsum Valley remain off the beaten path and are among the least crowded treks in the western region of Gorkha Nepal. The trek also offers a lot more side-trips than any other base camp, although the majority of visitors would only explore the Manaslu circuit. However, with a pre-planned NEST Adventure, the team in Kathmandu has made it possible to explore the Himalayan landscapes and Buddhist culture of Manaslu with an additional side trip to Tsum Valley.

Nar Phu: The Lost Valley Trek in Nepal | A Complete Trekking Details
Nar Phu Valley Trek in Nepal is a spectacular and off-the-beaten track which lies in between two massive Himalayan mountain ranges - Manaslu Himalayan range and Annapurna Himalayan range. It is one of the best locations for trekking in the wilderness which includes the enthralling and exotic valleys of Nar and Phu gaun.
The journey starts with a drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. It is then another drive to Koto, where you start trekking towards the unspoiled valley.
After only one hour, you enter the valley and you realise you have been transported away from the civilization … it feels like you are going to a lost valley. I call it “Nar Phu: The Lost Valley”.
The valley leads you to Kangla Pass (5320m) to connect the village of Ngawal, which is the main route of Annapurna Circuit Trek. Some people continue trekking forward and manage to cross Thorang la Pass (5416m); others trek down or drive down towards Besisahar to finish their journey. We drove down to Besisahar and drove back to Kathmandu, making this trek only 10 days.
The village of Phu is incredibly beautiful, untouched, unexplored and very remote giving the feel of being in the 5th century. Words cannot fully explain its exquisite beauty. You must experience it!
The village of Nar has its modern touches – an interesting blend between 5th and 21st centuries, having both historic and modern houses and some modern looking people.
Staying at Gompa (nar phedi) is an exceptionally remarkable experience. Eating with monks and sleeping at the Gompa (monastery) gives an insight to the lives of monks for a day – we see how they live, and get to experience the peaceful existence they lead.
The unforgettable day of Kangla Pass is still ahead. Six hours of hiking uphill towards Kangla is not easy at all and once we are on the pass there is still another four hours of downhill trekking. Walking on empty is definitely a big meditation day. Anyway, we successfully made it.
We started our journey on 9th July 2018 for 10 days. Please write a comment and let me know your thoughts :) Thank you for watching.

NEPAL | Solukhumbu - Pikey Peak Summit (3/3)
Every story has an end, and right now, we get to live our last days in the mountains, in search of the meaning behind this entire journey. But only when we reach the summit, can we truly understand what this trip was all about...
There isn't much more I can say, besides the fact that this marks the end of the first ever Off Trail Diary series and I feel blessed to have shared it with such amazing people. The goal of this project was to create a story that truly reflected what travel meant to me, staying authentic and sharing every moment in its purest form. The good, the bad, the boring and the amazing.
Once again, thanks to Soul Himalaya Treks and Tours for making this trek happen.

From Langtang to Ganesh Himal
The Langtang Valley, just north of Kathmandu, is one of Nepal's most popular trekking and mountaineering regions, rising to 7,227m at the summit of Langtang Lirung.
Less well known, and certainly less travelled, is the Ganesh Himal immediately to the west. A clutch of summits rise above 7,000m, and the highest, Ganesh I, reaches 7,422m.
This videos follows a descent from the upper reaches of the Langtang Valley, above Kyanjin Gompa, right down to its end at Syaphru Besi, where a road provides access to Kathmandu.
We passed through the poignant remains of the 2015 landslide, which buried Langtang village in the immediate aftermath of the Nepal earthquake.
But the highlight of this section was the campsite at Polche Karkha, 1,500m above Syaphru Besi, which provided breathtaking views of Ganesh Himal.

2015 - OCTOBER - NEPAL LEG 1 - Kathmandu, Jiri to Lukla
In 2015 I set off to Nepal with a couple of friends to spend five weeks exploring the amazing country. The trip took me from Jiri to Lukla, then on to Everest Base Camp and finally to the summit of Island Peak.
These videos go to show what an amazing trip this was.
Trekking in Nepal Himalaya - Jiri to Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal
Everest base camp trekking in Nepal from Jiri trail was taken by Tenzing and Hilary to climb Mount Everest in 1953, and We did Everest base camp Trek and Kalapather trek taking the same trail in December 2014 with a group of friends/clients from Canada, Australia, UK and Ireland. We were planning to do all three passes trek, Everest base camp, Kalapather, Gokyo trek but it was snowing for 2 days so the passes got closed then we turn to do only Everest base camp and Kalapatther from the normal route.
Trekking in the Everest region starts either from the town of Jiri, accessible from Kathmandu by bus or private jeep, or from Lukla, a short flight from Kathmandu.
If you have a limited amount of time, then it is best to fly into Lukla from Kathmandu (although in order to avoid altitude sickness you will still need a minimum of 2 weeks to trek to Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar). But if you have the time it is well worth spending an extra week by walking in, which will give you ample time to improve your fitness and acclimatize for the high mountain trails. You will also enjoy the opportunity of getting off the beaten track and following in the footsteps of the early mountaineers on the old expedition route.

Annapurna Circuit 2017 - Nepal and the Himalayas
We spend 20 days in March 2017 to trek the Annapurna Circuit in central Nepal from Besisahar to Tatopani. After being snowed in in Manang for a couple of days, we finally did the Thorung La pass (5416 m), one of the highest passes in the world. After our trekking trip, we spend a few wonderful days in Pokhara and the Kathmandu Valley (e.g., Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bodnath Stupa, Bhaktapur).
