Helicopter Ride Maui and Molokai
We had a blast during our vacation in Maui. The beauty you see from a helicopter is just breathtaking. We rode the Maverick Helicopters during our adventure and I recommend them 100%.
Molokai Voyage, A Maui Helicopter Tour
Come and see two of Hawaii’s most beautiful islands from an unparalleled vantage point. The Molokai Voyage ( one of Maverick's most popular Maui helicopter tours, will take you on a 50-minute adventure over some of Maui’s and Molokai’s most beautiful features.
See Molokai and Maui Like Never Before
From the air, you’ll be able to see parts of both Maui and Molokai, virtually inaccessible via any other means.
On Molokai, you’ll enjoy beautiful vistas of the island’s lush, green canyons and exquisite views of the canyon’s long, cascading waterfalls. Fly along Molokai’s cliffs that look out over the expansive ocean -- the tallest sea cliffs in the world. See all shades of blues when you look at Molokai’s ancient fish ponds.
As you cross the Pailolo Channel, you’ll have an opportunity to see just how large the Pacific Ocean is, and how blue its waters can be. Make sure to note Elephant Rock, an aptly named formation between Maui and Molokai.
On Maui, you’ll pass over the island’s western half, providing an up-close look at the island’s rich mountainsides, rainforest-covered lava fields. Plants thrive in the lava’s rich soil and the mountain’s tropical climate. You'll be amazed with the green vegetation grown from a lava field. Peer into the distance and see Haleakala, the dormant volcano, and on a clear day, the Wall of Tears.
Take a Maui Helicopter Tour
If your dream is to see an island in its unforgettable glory, take in Maui’s and Molokai’s rich vegetation and dramatic geography from the air. No other experience will give you the same breathtaking view or show you so much of the islands. Your helicopter pilot will point out all of the islands’ features you pass and answer any questions you have. They’re with you not just to fly you around the islands, but to ensure you appreciate all you see on our Maui helicopter tour, Molokai Voyage. Book online ( or call 800-978-0226

Island Experience Kauai | Blue Hawaiian Helicopters
AN ISLAND SCULPTED BY NATURE
Aerial tours of Kauai’s most astonishing natural wonders
Kauai is a natural masterpiece. For over six million years, the powers of nature have been sculpting and reshaping Kauai, creating some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Appropriately named the “Garden Isle,” the island of Kauai is draped in lush green valleys, towering sea cliffs, thick jungle vegetation, winding rivers and gorgeous cascading waterfalls.
Without a road encircling the island, many of Kauai’s most stunning sights are inaccessible by land. Among these remote scenic attractions is the famous Na Pali coast, spanning 17 miles along Kauai’s North Shore and boasting 3000 ft. sea cliffs and valleys. Then to the Southwest is the Waimea Canyon, coined the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” With so much to explore, a Kauai helicopter tour is truly the only way to experience all of Kauai’s most epic scenery.

THE BLUE HAWAIIAN DIFFERENCE There's simply no argument: Blue Hawaiian is Hawaii's #1 helicopter tour company. Blue Hawaiian's aircraft maintenance technicians have received the FAA's coveted Certificate of Excellence, Diamond Award every year since 1998. No other helicopter tour company in Hawaii has ever received this critical recognition. Blue Hawaiian was honored by the FAA for its record 12th straight year in January, 2009, at a ceremony in Honolulu, and the FAA further honored Blue Hawaiian with the very first Certificate of Excellence, Platinum Award. And Blue Hawaiian is the only helicopter tour company in Hawaii certified by the Department of Defense.
Welcome to the Blue Skies of Hawaii. Blue is the only helicopter tour company serving all four major Hawaiian islands: Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. That means wherever you go in the Islands of Aloha, you know exactly how to get the world's finest aerial tours: just remember the color of the sky.
We don't just operate the best equipment, we help develop it. From the ultra-quiet, spacious, and powerful 21st-century Eco-Star helicopter to the breakthrough Garmin G500H technology, which gives our pilots astonishing three-dimensional synthetic vision terrain awareness in less than optimal weather; from our pioneering of multi-camera in-flight video, to designing vastly improved cockpit air-conditioning—Blue Hawaiian is always at the forefront of leading-edge innovations for your safety, comfort, and enjoyment. Because when it comes to our guests, good enough is never enough.
The finest pilots in the sky. Blue Hawaiian prides itself on hand-picking only the finest and most experienced pilots—the absolute cream of the profession—and every one of them is a State of Hawaii Certified Tour Guide. Blue Hawaiian is also the only helicopter tour company in Hawaii with its own state-of-the-art Flight Simulator, and the only one that puts its pilots through annual factory and FAA recurrent training.

Complete Your Review: Blue Hawaiian Helicopters
In short: I cannot imagine doing anything more crappy. It left a bad taste in our memory for days and we could not focus on the rest of trip after this terrible experience. It was like going to a nice big party but being trapped in a tiny corner not allowed to interact. Not only was it a sheer waste of time and money, but so anti-climactic. I would not do it again if it was free.
1) The pilot flew way too high and too far from anything, so far that only after blowing up my large resolution photos, I found another helicopter way down close to the waterfall that we were supposed to see. That copter looked like a speck on my photo.
2) They put us not only in the back seats, but also on the right hand side, behind the pilot. Pilots make the tours in such a manner that passengers on the left don't have to look over them (pilots) to see the views. This means they circle the islands counter-clockwise, or stand by a fall facing forward or with the left hand side facing, so the passengers on the left will see things thru their own window and dont have to look over the pilot to see anything. If you are in the back seat and on the right, you ARE SCREWED. You wont see jack and they will use the computer as responsible for who sits where. BS! We got our tickets with a little discount thru Expedia concierge whereas the ultra big folks sitting in the front did regular fund raising and gave away such copter tickets as prize to people.
3) Our pilot (Glenda) spent 7 minutes over empty waters from Maui to Molokai and 7 minutes to get back (nothing to see), yet spent only 50 seconds at the most important waterfall in Molokai (the highlight of the trip) and made figure S turns in such a manner that the left hand side people saw the fall three times and we saw it for 5 seconds.
4) When we clearly mentioned in the microphone that we in the back cannot see anything, the pilot turned and said nothing. As if all she knew to say was the crap she had memorized to repeat all day like a tape recorder. When I asked are we going back on the same route we took this way so that the right hand side people can get to see the views also?? she said, that's not something they do and she took some boring middle island path.
5) The flight was scary. The copter swang a few times like a pendulum during the trip and given the awful view we had, we really wished, we would be anywhere but trapped in that box.
6) Not only we had to look over the shoulder of 5 other people, we also had to deal with reflections of their colorful shirts in the plexiglass windows. Not only these windows were not glazed to be clear, but also they had no wipers, so they would be rained on and you couldn't see anything.
7) 45 minutes is simply too little time to see Molokai AND North Maui, especially if 15 minutes is wasted en route over waters back and forth from the island and 7 minutes is wasted on takeoff and landing. This was ridiculous.
8) Once we landed, we voice our utter disappointment to the manager woman, who got permission to make a free copy of the flight video. We told them, the dvd would only remind us of the terrible experience and we would rather get the commercially made blue-ray. They denied that request.
9) We paid for the commercially made DVD of the flights. They were playing it on large screens at the place and it was a million times better that the flight we had.
10) Depending on where you're staying in Maui, It takes you 30 to 90 minutes to get to Helipor, 45 minutes of waiting and another 30-90 minutes driving back., plus the flight= 4-5 hours wasted.
11) This company has killed about 10 people over the past 10 years. Doing little math, I would guess they are easily making 10 million dollars a year in pure profits on this bogus venture. They can afford putting fake reviews all over the internet to get their rating s up to the 4 stars they currently have instead of the 1.5 stars they really deserve.
12) Do yourself a favor and just drive about 2 ours south toward Hana in south Maui and come back, Every minute of it will be many times more enjoyable than the flight we had. Even better, go all the way to Hana and stay a few night there and hike up the O'heo Gulch (7 sacred pools). It will be an incredible experience.
13) If not, just buy the commercially made DVD, or even cheaper, just go to the their heliport office and take a seat in fron of their big screen and watch the video for an our. It was sublime, the flight was the opposite.

Maui Trip | The Journey
I'm in Maui, Hawaii at the moment! It's awesome and sunny and fabulous. I've been trying not to die from forgetting that people drive on the right in this country. They also have cereals in their K-Marts and it's freaking me out.
This is a montage of everything I did on my journey to Maui- drove to Sydney Airport, got on the plane, got off the plane at Honolulu, got on a plane to Maui, got off the plane, drove to our accomodation and saw palm trees and ocean ^_^
I waved goodbye to my dog, and took a video selfie. Is that a thing... idk man. Everything is filmed by me :)
have a fabulous day ~
