SUP Yoga Fun in Muskoka

After a successful Acro Yoga Workshop in the Park in Bracebridge, my friend and co-host, Steph, took me out for a little Stand-Up Paddleboard adventure.

The water was still, the sun was shining and we found a spot to practice a few SUP Yoga postures!
