One of the main goals of my trip was Omuta, because I just could ????
There is no anything important in Omuta and the only special food here is some manjyu cake. But it was raining and so why not walk?
I walked from Suwa river to the station Omuta. Found squashed frog and funny caterpillar like from Alice in Wonderland. Soaked pretty much upto my underwear and spent like that 7 hours in train and shinkansen.

【4K】Walking nearby Suwa lake

Finally could get to Suwa lake, last time I tried there was typhoon and after typhoon all express trains were cancelled till this month. Still it was gloomy when I got there.
I walked from the station Kami-suwa to the lake, a bit long the lake, then I went to the east to local castle. On the way to the castle I found apple farm. After the castle I went back to the lake as I was planning to finish this video with fly over the lake. Unfortunately I lost drone video, bought new remote control with HDMI output and formatted wrong sd card when setting it up. Fortunately I did not like drone video anyway as not much to see except water.

【4K】Kumamoto Suizenji park and Kase river

I came to Kumamoto after Beppu, took about 6 hours by bus. Next morning I went to Suizenji park as I got a recommendation. But while park is nice it's nothing special. But after that park I found much better place - Kase river and its set of parks along. Very beautiful place with a lot of running water and some sort of banana jungle. In the end I got back to Suizenji station by tram.

This year Tokyo Midtown Hibiya Christmas light is new. Other lights are generally the same but I tried to build the route with all lights together as much as possible. So I passed lights at Marunouchi, Hibiya, Yurakucho, few Ginza backstreets, Ginza and some underground lights

【4K】Walking and flying around Yufuin, Kyushu

I was not planning to stop in Yufuin but I found that there is no train between Beppu and Kumamoto because of earthquake few years ago, the only train route was going through Fukuoka. And while it was the fastest way it was a bit unfair to go around, so I took bus and it was passing through Yufuin.
I walked from the station towards Yufu mountain to Kinrin lake. Than I walked back along Oita river to rice fields behind the station and flew around and above the top of Yufu mountain.

【4K】Nishinomiya by Haruhi Suzumiya trail

I was asked to walk in Nishinomiya many times and during my Shikoku tip I finally could do that. I could not walk everywhere people asked but at most places. I started from Nishinomiyakita High School (it was sort of creepy but fortunately it was Sunday), walked to Koyoen station, took a train to Shukugawa station, walked a bit in the park along Shuku river and tried to get to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, but failed.
After changing battery I forgot to check focus and as result it was too much unfocused. In any case there was nothing interesting on the way to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.
Found 2 cats. Wait, no, 3 cats.

After Matsuyama I got to Yawatahama. Unfortunately I did not have time for Yawatahama, had to get to ferry to Beppu. After arriving to Beppu and dropping luggage I took my camera and decided to go to the park nearby. At the park I noticed big tower which had observatory where I could see whole Beppu. After observatory I walked back to Beppu tower but unfortunately it was closed that day.

I visited Tama city again. This time I found place allowed for drone flying. So I walked through green Tama city parks and houses among trees to countryside-like outskirts on the border with Machida city. Unfortunately the place I chose on the map was among trees and hills, I could fly far because of losing signal.

【4K】Tokyo Okutama festival and firework

I have been at river fireworks many times. This year I saw a sea firework at Kamakura. So what's next? A mountain firework one of which happened last Saturday in one of Tokyo towns - Okutama.
Actually I came here an hour earlier to eat yummy stuff and particularly butter potato. I started about 15 min before the first fair flower to show a bit of people before firework. Then I passed along the main street. In the end I found that I forgot my Galaxy Note on the bench where I was eating -_-. So I went back and found it in the same place. I tried few places where people were watching firework and then found a dashi (wagon) with musicians and dancer going along the main street perfectly under firework so I followed it to the end. Then I got back to the station.
After the videos I ate karaage while skipping few trains to get a sit, wiped sweat where I could with cool tissues and went home.
I gave another chance for DJI gimbal trying to Auto-tune it again and add +20 power to all motors. It did not fix stabilization issues. So I'm going to sell it and get back to my old Beholder EC1 which does not care how I walk, it just stabilize everything. For some reason EC1 is even more compact because it's just a stick while folded. And unlike Ronin, EC1 can be easily made waterproof with simple umbrella bag. EC1 is much easier to rebalance, I can do it in less than a minute if use ND filter, while it takes 5 min+ with Ronin.
That day I also forgot my AT mic at home, so had to use built-in one with all its wind noise issues.

【4K】Walking and flying in Miyoshi town near Awa-Ikeda station

I was going to scarecrow place but got too late and being afraid to come to nowhere without place to stay I decided to stop at Awa-Ikeda place with nice business hotel.
After dropping my luggage I went for walk. Walked trlhrouh local Ginza street and old stream, visited big shrine with micro-zoo, got to suspension bridge and flew over the lake/river.

I went for Shibuya Halloween this year again. On Saturday and Sunday it was not that crowded but on the 31th it was exactly like in previous years.

【4K】Christmas lights and light shows in Tokyo Roppongi 2019

Not a new place in my videos but it's the best place for Christmas lights in Tokyo I know. Every year lights are a bit different, so it was exciting to go there again.
This year Roppongi Midtown light show was totally silent which is a bit disappointment but they have more smoky bubbles.
Roppongi Hills lights did not change at all but weather was foggy which made view from their to Tokyo Tower as some Eye of Sauron.
It was test walk after foot issue. I was slower than usual and did not get to Tokyo Tower.

I was hoping to fly my drone that day and found place where it's not a high populated area and with fields. So I started from Kakio station in Kawasaki, visited temple Jokei with funny jizo statues. Then I tried to get away off houses but could not do that before sunset and finished in some very rural but still populated area in Yokohama.
